What a place to find home of your dreams, excellent communication skills by consultants under roof there

High quality offerings with excellent finishing and a lot of advantages. The sales person was very professional and knowledgeable about his bisiness. The only negative are the exaggerated prices: for the same cost, you can afford a second hand flat in the best areas of Dubai. Same level offerings are cheaper at the other main competitors.

Peaceful area public transportation is little more far. Only through private vehicle one can reach exact destination. The easiest way is reach mashreq bank metro station from there hire a taxi. Its almost 12-15 mints drive.Then you will come to the Dubai Hills villa area follow the map direction this will exactly take in front of the reception of this office. The photo I uploaded from the same place I went for a site visit.

Living here is the worst thing ever ! try fighting for your own parking everyday because emaar is so cheap to have gates closed for parking. i have been living here for 2 months and everyday i have to fight to get my parking back for both me and my husband. you are horrible, securities are horrible , your customer service is horrible, we pay so much money for nothing. all your media wont cover up your problems. HORRIBLE

The building and surrounding area are both beautifully maintained. The lobby on the main floor was occupied by several miniature models of future and current projects as the smell of the baristas freshly brewed coffee filled the room.

I had an appointment with a property advisor called Mounir El Moghrabi at 2 pm. and called him on time to meet up at the reception. He said he is with a client and so he will send someone called Rami shortly. My husband and I waited for Rami for 30 min. but he didnt come and when I spoke to Mounir again and asked me why he cant come, he told that he is in quarantine. Maybe he forgot to tell me that he told that he was with a client earlier. I dont care what is the truth but the important fact is that Emaar and their representatives dont care about their customer. Very poor, unprofessional service with a careless mind.

Extremely unprofessional with lack of support. Once handover is done, they do not care about fixing the many defects of my villa. Its been less than a year and there are countless defects in this villa (Sidra 2). Emaar simply do not care once they take your money. Very disappointed by the abysmal service and quality of these villas. Cracks everywhere, leakages, walls and edges are not straight. No matter how many times I call and give feedback, they literally do not care at all. I will never invest in Emaar properties again. Worst idea ever. They will use the cheapest route possible to build your property and charge premium for it. They are not what they once used to be. They use 3rd party contractors to build everything and are reliant on their reputation alone to squeeze money out of customers who expect top quality. Shame on Emaar

Pathetic service by a person named Saddam . His first question was - how much is your budget .When we quoted a number which was not appealing to him, he outright asked us to leave !! Also, he gave us wrong information. He said, if we were interested in seeing a property , we should just drive around the villas but actually when we reached the gate , security told us Saddam should have accompanied you otherwise not allowed. Our trip, which was a long drive from home was all waste due to lazy and discriminatory attitude of Saddam. Pathetic service for sure .

Very low quality materials used all the doors are repaired and repainted. The tiles have marks everywhere and repaired with some paint?! Visits from rats in my backyard and even in house. Not remanding even for temporary rent. When my contract will expire I will RUN out from this place.OH and be careful not to rent a house that is facing the camel track...looks nice but is deceiving. The workers on the camel track use heavy machine in the middle of the night, not a fixed hour, whenever they want. Even more every morning @6AM the camels caretakers scream like deviated people on purpose to wake the residents.Made complaints to EMAAR but is not in their Jurisdiction.

Very well presented overview about Dubai Hills Estate. Luxury showroom, enough parking space! Friendly stuff. We went in without an appointment which normally is not the best idea. But after a warm welcome the front desk organized a sales representative who took us through all our questions. Also coffee and water was offered as well as some cockies. We really appreciated the time.

After two weeks of my visit... I have still not got a phone call fm their agents...nor cud they provide information on the estate when v went personally to their office
