I bought equipped flats from a promising project and actually I regret a lot this investment. Deyaar promised a luxurious property, ready to move in. At the snagging, I couldnt accept the delivery because the flat was full of defaults. Example, the tiles in the walls and floors had holes, broken parts, stains of paint, all sort of stains you cant remove. Doors smashed in and with deep scratches on the veneers. The marble of the doorstep split in 2. The kitchen and bathroom furniture were damaged in and out, with streaks of putty to cover anything weathered, it looks dirty, doors with holes, broken parts and so on. scratched mirrors and bathroom accessories with manufacturing defects. Completely striped sliding door windows for all rooms. Walls and ceiling with holes and damaged false ceilings. In short, the list is very long since there is not an item that is not damaged or looks like second-hand equipment that is already widely used. Its been 5 months that everything is paid but Deyaar does nothing to refurbish. My emails to the various managers remain unanswered in the face of these construction defects. And no one picks up their phone. Its been 5 months that the contractor has dragged the work, and tries to convince me to accept this quality, 5 months that I do not have the keys to the apartment that I fully paid for and that I have to manage for live elsewhere. I feel ripped off.

I had been a resident of a flat of Deeyar properties in Ajman. They are such a cheat , crooks, or I am not sure whats the word to be called... over 6 months they fooled me stating that they would transfer my security deposit. It has been 1 year and 4 months since I vacated the building. The never returned the deposit. The never answer the call o respond to your emails. You should have the decency of atleast informing that you dont plan to pay the security deposit back. If my security deposit can save your company , I am happy .. please be saved by that money. Such shameless people. I had to stay an extra of 10 days in the flat , I even paid that amount. Such greedy crooks took even a Dirham they had to get. Hopeless.

One advise : Run away from the RE developer Deyaar.Overall they are just unprofessional, unhelpful and cheaters.We just rented out a retail unit shell & core, we had all the problem in the world,they had an AC fine due to unpaid bill and they didnt want to pay for therefore obliging the new tenant to pay their fine ( a joke).They promise that we can put a toilet but we then learned that there is no toilet pipes so its impossible,Fire alarm is not working therefore impossible to get a fit-out approval, 2 months now running after them to fix it and still nothing.We needed their approval on so many steps during the fit-out and they take minimum 3 weeks to action anything (if they do at all).We lost so much money because of the delay in the fit-out coz by deyaar, and we still didnt open.

Even if you have appointment still you have to wait two hours to complete the process

Service charges from deyaar development is too high for the tenants..

The worst company ever..............I left their apartment since July 2019 and till now they didnt return my security deposit.....the building manager name is Suhaib.....i sent around 20 email and 100 calls and no one knows what they suppose to do.......
