STAY AWAY. They will take your deposit away, they will give you 1000 reasons why you cannot get it back. Extremely unprofessional staff and they will try to charge you everything and anything upon departure even if it is not contractual!The worst developer that you can ever deal with!

I had worst experience about tiger... I stayed one year in yarmoukh tower tiger building block b from 2019 August to 2020 August ... actually I was about to renew my contract with them but suddenly I lost my job in July 2020 and for the same I informed them that I can’t renew my contract as I lost my job... i was shocked as they put me 2000 aed penalty for not informing one Month before ... i told them that it was only nine days late and during this pandemic period you are charging me penalty as you don’t want to give my security deposit which was 2000 aed.... Don’t take really any flat for rent from them worst ever customer service and the staff don’t know how to deal with customers ..... worst in the world ... they are thieves .... please don’t take from them

I would not recommend to choose Tiger properties to buy or especially to rent in. I was living in Al Manara tower and there was significant flows - a/c is very bad, elevators taking time to wait, fire alarm system goes on nearly every day - especially frustrating when it goes on at night. Staff in the tower not all dressed in uniform and barely speak English.I was renting an apartment, and once moved out, asked to pay insane maintenance prices, like change of 2 light bulbs - aed 600 and some other insane charges.Just want to urge anyone who will move in, check any even small maintenance issues and highlight before you move in.

Currenly residing in manaRa tower which is managed by tiger properties- elevators havent been working properly for a week now -Worst building ever we are sitting now with not single elevator working - walls are basically non existent the people are super rude playing super loud music late at night . You dont get any sleep do not move into this building no matter what
