Well equipped and well maintained office

Bad management! just super cheap... out of the 3 pools for the 6 buildings only 1 of them is open and is fully occupied. Using Ramadan as an excuse to hire less lifeguards (Ramadan finished a day ago and pool hours still aren’t back to normal).

DP is the worst real estate company in Dubai, maintenance is so poor, they don’t obligate to warranty contract!!

Its a shame you cant give 0 starts or even negative scores. Atrocious customer service. No one ever answers their Community Management telephone line and they dont respond to online queries in which they promise a 48hr turnaround. Terrible!
