Do not waste your money, poor quality construction, bought a flat and Landing in a trouble yes every time when it rain in Chennai water saving pit inside the flat yes water comes through the walls never seen like this in my experience, my own house is 30 years old house and not a single issues like this flat, its a waste of money and time, be aware of this poor quality, you will never get an response after you pay 90% of the payment because they already got thier profit, better go with local builders who will work hard and kind of motivating them, just shared my experience.
