Do not rent an apartment from them. I rented one in Burj Daman DIFC and they failed to register my lease with DIFC for 10 months, meaning the building management kept cutting my access cards every month. I went back and forth so much with Etjar trying to get them to do what was necessary to register the lease. When I moved out, they took 2,000 AED from my security deposit for a new paint job of the apartment. There was no damage, but they just needed to do a new paint job before the next tenant. They used their own in-house maintenance team and still charged me 2,000 AED. Etjar is owned by Al Ghurair, just FYI, so not sure why they need to hustle for 2k.

SINCE MORNING I WAS CALLING THE AGENT AS WE WANT TO MAKE A VIEWING OF THE PROPERTY. NO ANSWER AND NOT EVEN CALLED BACK. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE AND SURPRISINGLY THE RECEPTION CANNOT TAKE THE CALL ALSO. WHICH IS REALLY FUNNY. FROM 11 MORNING UNTIL ALMOST 3 AFTERNOON NO ONE DARES TO ANSWER THE PHONE! THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

The worst agency I’ve dealt with during my 6 years in the UAE. Completely unprofessional, after the contract got signed and Ejari done (meaning both parties agreed on terms and conditions) they decided to increase the price of the apartment. We didn’t agree to, and they went behind my back and canceled everything without informing me, a day before the handover I realized my Ejari got canceled in the system and handover was not happening. We didn’t proceed with RERA complaint because winning that apartment to live in was not something I want to do, especially knowing who property managers are and what they are capable of. It would have been a year of disaster. Avoid at all costs, there are much better agencies out there!

I am a current tenant in city walk building 19, and my advice is stay away from Etjar as their maintenance team is HORRIBLE and unprofessional, they have zero know how and can’t even fix simple AC issues.

Good location, and upkeepment of property, only lacking is of Swimming pool and large size of bed rooms... Rest is okay. Perfect for a small family

The most unhelpful and unprofessional management team I have had to deal with. The team refused to give access to recreational facilities even though it is clearly agreed upon in the contract. They argue that you have to pay. The team led by the Real Estate Manager in conjunction with the Leasing coordinator will keep referring you to each other and no action is taken on issues at hand. The customer service and follow up processes is very unpleasant.
