Amazing community. Spacious villas , concept is brilliant. Once its fully ready , it will be one of the best attractions of Dubai .

The worst compound to live in, the security is very bad and strict like the management. Teenagers here really don’t have any freedom, and not many things are provided and your supermarket prices are very. Wallah if I go to mirdif very cheap I leave your supermarket with 2 things and it costs me 20dhs while I can leave w 10 things and will cost me 20dhs in mirdif please fix your messy problems. And give people more freedom especially to teenagers also don’t expect the compound to always be quite and the way that you like it you live here with other people.People that wanna have fun.

Me as a teenager I don’t find anything fun in this compound I don’t recommend this compound to any parents especially who have kids because u can’t feel ur freedom inside this compound everything is about security and how strict they are and how the compound is strict once I took my friends to the pool and they got kicked out because they weren’t living in the compound

Very quite community, I dont like places which considered more quite than it should be if u guys know what I mean

Absolutely horrible place to live. The staff is not very attentive and securities are all mostly rough. Nobody here could care less about you than they already do. The neighborhood lacks many things that other neighborhoods provide. For example after my rent is up Im moving to The Villa because it is a million times better. The speed bumps in this community are quite possibly the worst in the world... Cheap hard plastic speed bumps that destroy your vehicles air suspension. Im sure they know that but choose to use it because its cheap to do so. Use normal bumps made out of cement/concrete. Theres simply no need to go this far and use something so cheap that damages peoples vehicles. I really hope somethings around here change...

The houses there are beautiful (I am a resident) the main issue here is that its in the middile of nowhere. The nearest hospital is about a 40 min drive, and their are no nearby shops to go to. We revived news (from neighbours, security team, and an executive) that their would be a mosque and a shopping center opening up in 2 weeks (when I moved in).. The estimated time continued to change.2 years later (today) the shopping center and mosque are still unfinished. Their is only one gate to get in through (in phase 1) [there are over 1500 villas which currently depend on this one gate] which makes getting to the villa and then to my house a 10 minute drive. The drive is very uncomfortable as the spedd bumps are very high, and can easily damage my cross over Nissan Patrol. However I may say that the speed bumps in phase 2 are acceptable.Another issue is that their are no street signs to tell you where your going, which can ultimately get you lost if you take one wrong turn, and your phone is dead.

Clean and quiet place .Need market and bus to transfortasion going to nearest malls and beaches.

Very nice villas good landscaping and even hosts Halloween parties. Community Mall and Community Centre still not open but look good overall a peaceful place outside of the loud city

Its very stylish community, but it lacks in facilities i.e. Hospitals, school, supermarkets...etc. Moreover, the properties are more expensive than the well knowned developers
