Another Massive Development From Al Fattan Properties, Three Towers Wilth 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartment

At this date the project is under construction. It is well located in the center of Dubai. More than everything its apartments are going to have great German kitchen and appliances. Alfattan Downtown is going to be a great place for living. I have seen in the presentation images it has a levitated jogging track which looks wonderful. It is sort of its kind of jogging track that I have not seen in other residential complexes. Overall it is going to be probably one of the best building to reside in.

One of worst experience to work for this site. Worked as subcontractor for 6 months and they didnt pay. The owner of MEP company EMW ran from Uae and main contractor is taking advantages instead of helping those subcontractors.Attention to main client please help those subcontractors somehow who worked for your project thou it doesnt concern to you still if you want you can help those sub contractors.
