Unfortunately the whole process of buying through Liv Developers has been a battle. They have been extremely difficult to deal with, unreasonable on a number of levels, and left the property with an unbelievable amount of snagging that is still going on months and months after reported. We are happy that we have a great sized unit, in a fantastic location with wonderful views, but getting to this point has been a real stress, and expensive with their behaviour with delays, additional fees and moving the goalposts in many ways. The property, location and view we are happy with, the time, energy and money it took to get here considerably less so. It negatively affected what should have been a memorable time for us buying with this developer

LIV Developers is a renowned name in developments. Amazed to see the their developments in Dubai Marina.

Moving in is always late! We have terminated our rental apartment in Germany to move into the apartment in the LIV that we bought on the move-in date on July 31, 2019. The date shifts constantly, on the 30.10.19 then on the 31.01.20 and now again on the 15.04.20 !!!!!!! We have been homeless since !!!! We pay for Airbnb and flights from Germany to Dubai! That is rude!!! We ask a thousand times and nobody feels responsible! The apartment does not correspond to the expose! Because any cabinets are simply installed that were not intended! Now the furniture will not fit in one room! The big question is whether we will move in this year! Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!

My experience with LIV Developers has been same as other buyers. On four different occasions I was given handover dates which all subsequently expired. On 16th February a Completion Notice was issued that, aside from demanding balance payment within 10 days, promised a possession date of 15th April. That date went by without any acknowledgement. Since 16th February, no update has been provided to me and my requests for a revised project timeline and possible new handover date(s) all remain unanswered. We are living in unprecedented times and typically organizations would communicate more rather than less. LIV Developers chose a path of no communication. I now have mortgage and rent payments in addition to having to figure out my living situation month to month. Buying an apartment from LIV Developers was a mistake and I can only hope my experience is a warning to others.
