I have send many mails to the departments and also have visited their main office but no any answer from them really shame to see this kind of service they are offering to the customers

Seems like nobody of you bothers to reply to Customer Complaints,it has been 15 days since I am asking for my cheque dated 1st September 2021 back as I already made Rent Payment through Credit Card for which i paid AED 105 extra but till now nobody cares about my issue and everytime i contact Gusais site office i have been told that they are just waiting for the cheque to be delivered to them and no response to my email which I sent to Customer CareI really need to rethink the next time your renewal team contacts me to Renew my lease if this Pathetic level of service is there.

All you need from commrical offices in town

Service are good

-Maintenance people are not qualified- maintenance takes ages-security team works on tips- no response on emails of complains

Bad service

I had a complicated issue while i was upgrading my apartment in Roda Al Murooj Down town and i got great support from The manager Mohamed Abuouda despite he was freshly managing the facility, he could solve my issue smoothly and overcome all routine and complications.My rating is 10 out of 5 for him and Mr. MOUSA.
