If you are looking to rent out apartments in The Gardens, good luck for you! They have multiple agents including their own sales staff that never will give you the right list of vacant apartment and when you do go in to book, they will state that the units are booked. Having stayed in Dubai over 13 years, never ever experience such a dismal of service.

Everytime we got to stay on hold for minimum of 15 minutes sometimes 20 minutes. When are you going to give your call center more attention? I was actually calling to ask about an investment Im interested to do since its almost impossible to reach you on land due to lack of parking

I went for my office work today. NO WORDS

Nakheel is the most difficult company to deal with. I had to provide 17 documents, land lord information, tenancy information and they still wouldnt let me move out because I had an expired Ejari. If I can help it I will never buy another property or rent another property from Nakheel.

The sales centre is in a good location at the entrance of Palm Jumeirah. The office staff are friendly.

After sales is service is worst of whole of Dubai!!! I have been dealing with Nakheel for more than 12 years and it always is a struggle dealing with building management across the whole Nakheel portofolio.

In Al Warsan 4 (international city phase 2)Roads are very bad, almost flats are full, but they didnt focus infrastructure part,Near my flat 40% road is good 60 % are dusty road, lots of vehicles are passing in that road, after the passing of vehicle that area feel like cloudy, my flat facing that dusty road area, coz of this all dust are coming inside of my flat, regarding this me and my son got allergies.Atleast please complete road works as soon as possible, this is a humble request.

Its so bad management I am upset from them I am leaving in one of the nakheel property international city L12 Greece cluster they have inspected leakage 3 month ago still no response bad service.

I had a shop in international city and they took from me 35k as key money. Apparently they have shared the money them self and after leaving they charge me so much that i told them that its a scam and they said yes we r a scammer. All in international city building are scammer from managers to leasing department. I will ask allah for my justice

Takes more than 2 months to get title deed. I had to go to Deira Land Deoartment to check in deed and on my surprise title deed was ready two weeks ago. They dont reply to our emails. My husband sent around 5 follow up emails no body replied back. But if we are late half day for payment they overloading you with emails and phone calls. Not professional at all.
