Every disappointing. I have to go collect my security deposit (after it has been processing for 4 months) I called in the morning to ask about their location and office hours, they told me that they are open from 8am to 5pm. I had to leave an hour early from my office so I could get to them before they close. I got there at 4.40pm and their office was closed, the door locked and the lights were off. I called to put in a complain, the call center has no idea why they closed early and three different call center officers promised to get back to me. No one got back to me till now (it was been a full week).

Worst company deal with, no one co-operative trying to reach sales people here but no one is responding.If you go to there office not even a single person available here very poor.👎🏻

Went into the JVC sales center yesterday, was shown around the show homes in The Waves. Professional sales person was very knowledgeable, even showed me their latest project on a new Virtual reality machine. Very impressed with the service and products.

Worst company to even find a person in sales to talk. I was searching for an apartment in jvc. Thought ill go to their office and meet someone directly. Office is located in a villa where by searching i found one office boy who told me that no one in office. Even no reception. I called the manager jamal, who hung up on me saying i am in a meeting. One of the sales guy simon was intouch but he has his own schedule of meetings. He called me come according to his schedule.Which ofcourse i wont. If the services are such a disaster what would be the quality.

The worse decision in my life to buy apartment from them! Simon from sales tells anything just to sell you the apartment, no communication in the company at all! After they get all the payments they don’t care , we have to follow up everything. During snagging we realized how bad is the quality of apartment! We call them and they avoid us. SUCH a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!
