Worst Real Estate company ever !! First they ask you for the documents without mentioning anything about the minimum salary requirements or anything like thay...you give the documents ..after waiting for some days they reject the application specifying low salary when they should have mentioned in the first place what is the minimum salary requirement along with the documents to be submitted??? In this way if the person is below the required salary requirement, than he / she wouldnt have wasted time in submitting the documents...The person Mr.Ali is the one with a very bad customer service role with no respect for the customer... his attitude is very casual with no respect for the customer... This is my bad experience in dealing with them... I have been to so many homes, but never had such a bad experience before as I had dealing with Abdul Aziz Al.Majid company... Even the 1 star rating shouldnt be there...

Worst expereince what so ever. To establish a good rapport with a customer who is duly paying rent is not in their book of ideology. Timely maintenance has never been the case. Only been less than 8 months and have called them for 5 times. A namesake Watchmen who just likes to pass on the responsibility of solving the issue, asking us to take it forward with the office while he hesitated to even do that. Just pathetic.

Completely shockedIm was trying to complain about one or theengnr and site worker Hvac, Naveed.its our first experience with Hvac departmentand first contract with them.on our first day there was a worker of them he says that finished this all work today from this villa on 26/7/2020 mizhar 1 38d st dubai, bc there is a old cannibal and dyne shell eat u if u didnt finished work today.also he says that one engineer came and make a small mistake then they thrown from coolor out of gate .he says that I know bc Im working with them and I know about them from past 4 yearsI just ask him that its shameless and u need to be shameful if u share all these information with everyone on site or on duty.btw at second day Al wasit saad bin habban st villa 30. 27/7/2020he was ready to fight with me bc of same discussion and basically his support was his engineerat least pls dont send them again on site and for workthese type of staff or worker on sitewho are not professional and know about work etc...also take objections on this type of discussions on sitewho sharing personal information and daily life up and down parts of owners .it really shameless.btw Ill try to complain by emailand also Ill try to get in touch directly to managing directorsbc there is some more things that they need to fix it bc these type of persons not just professional also they are damaging carrier,image of business,managements and owners.Dawooddawoodkhan21996@gmaildotcom

Very poor management and maintenance support... I visited My Colleague Apartment and found the tiles are broken. He Said its Broken since more than one month. How is the god created earth this is acceptable? Complete irresponsible management and very rude watchman.
