No one picks up the call centre number 065771111 and calls gets drop after waiting for 15 mins, really frustrating.Following up for deposit refund since 3 months but no response.Worst service.

I stay in the apartment for 5 years al qadesia building block c 3409 and never be a bad tenant in payment etc..I turnover the key apartment last 21/6/2021 and as per commitment 20 days everything are cleared i agree.. how ever even after a month havent recieve any call from your team.. then I started follow up... andI need to beg follow up several times visit but until now my deposit still not realese.. You charge fees for the process for closure i agree thinkin to make things quick but it is not the case.If you are in my situation imagine should i keep silent or should i be happy?????I called today the CSR to check but the responce wait wait the call and once the request will execute then again i need to wait 10 to 15 days for the realesing of fund.. over and above the 2months process again you want me to wait additional 10 to 15 days..Please take action in urgent basis it is not fair and its very very unaceptable.Pretty Sad never expect this from your team the way they manage the customer needs...

I stayed there for 2 years and it was really bad experience....and at the end they made too many excuses so they dont have to return my deposite.I heard about there bad reputation before also in this matter but there are too many liars giving fake reviews.The money youd guve them...u can forget that money.I asked them for paint after end of first year they didnt even bother answering my call...after me not leaving there back for so long they just patched the dots and left.Keep in your mind... dont give them deposite money...once u give them anything its gone. They will charge for things which werent there...they r just taking advantage of there locations and ripping off people

Poor service. Quality of the apartment and the finishing are very poor. Came to ask and follow up as they don’t give update “already 7month post handover promised date” the reception staff “Farah” left me at the desk and went to pick up a Dilevery that called her without even saying excuse me for a minute! She just answered the phone and left me waiting! Manager is always not there “in a very long sick leave” more than a month and half, and other manager to cover?! I wish someone reads this from the senior management!
