I have give cheque to Damac for expression of interest, and now I want my cheque back from them and no one is bothering to support back or call back , it’s more then 2 months. Don’t giveAny cheque to Damac sales guys

Good atmosphere and always there will rush of clients.

Office is good. Environment is conducive and staff is supportive but they need to work on their sales pitch and attend to the needs of customers with challenges like those who are new in Dubai.

The experience could not be worse, visit with high hopes to find property, left extremely disappointed with the cheap attitude of the sales people. Never again, they simply wasted my time with BS and how great the Akoya is blah blah blah, not ready for the meeting, no preparation, no ready options just nonsense. Good luck to some of them, they gonna need it. Anyway, very disappointed.

As a experienced Local Google Map reviewer i have the following:Place: Its a tent! Imagine you are going to buy a house or a floor or even an entire building but you come to a tent to sign a contract!!Parking: Parking is occupied by staff and brokers! If you are a customer then better come with a 4X4 Car as there is sand parking at the back for you.Staff: I never imagined people see other people are bag of cash only. You will notice *Clearly* that everyone is starring at you. I myself did not feel comfortable at all.DAMAC is a big company and has state of art projects. But staff and the design of the sales office is dissapointing

Damac is a property developer who sells advertisements nothing else.I hope they focus on quality rather than fast building.

Superb interiors at the sales centre

Extremely pathetic service by the sales team and they dont even bother to meet clients after receiving payments. The agent told us to come to the office and meet the Damac representative Mr Zain Khan and we were unattended for 3 hours. We will not suggest wasting time by coming here and better not to invest with Damac as they are only professional before your payment or cheque is cleared.

Warning! Never buy or invest in Damac!People need to know how unprofessional they are and if you invest with them there’s a big chance to lose the money!We bought an apartment in Golf promenade 2 unfortunately the biggest mistake!they Lied about the handover date and when the building was ready they didn’t want to provide as with the documents so that we can proceed.They are very unprofessional and they have a huge lack of communication with the customer.We wasted time money effort dealing with them.

Not even one star they deserve..they set the meeting to view flat at 5pm and made me wait from 5pm to 7pm (saying the sales guy went to shk road damac building instead of al khail road one) and later when I tried their number it was comimg switched off coz their working time is over..(had no courtesy to ans to my calls or to call back). Now I understood why their apartments are still vacant even after years of completion..POOR SERVICE

Amazing villas.. Prices are too hyped. I would give 10 for those Fendi Casa, Armani design villas and more designer villas.. Decent sizes of 3000 sq ft starts at 3.5 M. Excellent bank payment options over 3 years. So you pay only downpayment.. Roads are single lanes either sides except outer roads are two lanes.. Overall a very good community for kids and living..

Good real state.. the only one in dubai who gave you villa with land title...do not accept promises from sales..get it in written

I bought house from them but these people are not recommended at all as they never update me about the handover, always i have to ask about it and staff there working separately as the updates will never go to the second department, it is very big company but shame they dont have qualified systems and staff, even when you speak to them, you feel they will help but you will surprise that you just waste your energy with these people, i received so many survey and fill it, i though maybe someone will be interested to call me to improve the quality, but useless,Frankly, a very bad company on all levels, from employees to System to administrators to departments, each one working on a line, there is no correlation between the departments or talking to clients about the developments of the project, you must talk to them and communicate with them and then they cried like the air, neither you see it, nor do you know what happened, The problem is that they are a big company, but there is no way in the name of the company, I mean, you go to London with your guest tea and coffee, but you dont get any information. I find something that is sad because it is a big company and a bad nameBut God is the helper, but trying to share a share, and I wish the owners of the company a concern about the issue. They fix the administrative defect that follows us, because everyone is threatened with falling if the place is right.

A magical place, frankly, and I worked in it. I felt a sense of comfort, a very comfortable place and a crazy work environment
