I had made a purchase of MAF GIFT Card in Dec 2020. It was the worse purchase Ive ever made. I never received the card nor the money. The customer service has been equally horrible with non responsive support and in no way of getting calls backs by them.

Majid Al futtaim has failed me. Their a few key issues with their retail and other services. Firstly the timing at which I receive my goods is far too long. Everytime I go to buy something it is shortage and when I dont need it all of sudden their is a surplus. Honestly, they need work out their supply because I do not want to wait 1 month for toilet paper. Now lets talk about the share app, or more like the clown app. The rewards are bad, their is no use to it. Unlike Amazon which tells me what I want before I want it. This app suggests random goods I will never want. Why would I want a coat in the summer? Please fix this
