Very Luxury Comunity, but no Comunity clubhouse or GYM

Nice office and everything. But the security guards must learn how to talk to potential customers or else they are pushing them away by the way they communicate right now. We wanted to see the area from outside and decide whether we are ready to purchase something in there. But the initial contact with the security spoiled the whole desire of even thinking of living there! Overall nice scenery and lovely Lagoon view.Pleasant for families. The villas are in European style.

It was wonder......I couldnt even think of that. The way they design it. A place that force you to buy an apartment or villa. Fresh and sweet water RIVER is running along side your apartment, jungle style living with lush green trees and plants.Electric boats that will take you to the shopping Mall and at your friends place in MBR city. Cycling track, jogging track and much more......You dont need to make any picnic plan out, its always at your side or infront.....You have kayak Parking infront of your apartment and take a tour of MBR CITY with your friend and family. I just say if Inshallah I will get money I will buy one apartment of 2 bedroom. Which starts from 2.7 million to 3.7 million which worth.Fully equipped kitchen with German brands....I LOVE IT.

You can say it is top of range among the luxurious properties in UAE, it is part of H.H MBR city development in meydan area.Greenery areas all over the clusters, very huge even incredible swimming pool in the community.Small town centre for quick shopping.High end finishing villas with touch of a luxury.Access very easy to it , very close to Downtown and business bay .They are developing huge mall called Medyan one mall lay beside the lake made it specially for it .Dont ask for properties prices since it is out of our hands .Simply once you live there no need to go out for anything else.

Bought 2 apartments - after signing the papers haven’t heard from them and no one responds anymore.Cheques been cashed and till now not even a confirmation email...Makes me rather concerned looking ahead in time regarding customer service at hand over etc....

Today was my 1st time to go to District One at MBR City. Property owned by Dubai ruler. Its the most expensive residence area in Dubai (apparently more than the Palm Jumeirah). One bedroom apartment starting from AED1.2M up to 8 bedrooms villa at AED 90M are available here. It has 7kms Crystal Lagoon with white sands and drinking water supplied by DEWA. Meydan One mall will be built here, it will be larger than the Dubai Mall and the longest ski slope at 20kms length will be available at this mall. The tallest residence The One will also be built there. We visited a villa show room which has direct access to Crystal Lagoon. There are also apartments which have direct access to the Lagoon. One word. Amazing! Alla the Ukranian is very professional in doing her job, I would like to recommend her if you wish to buy one.

I had a very bad experience with this company, we agreed on the sale of an apartment I processed the first tranch of the payment and 2 days later they came back saying :1) the price is 100k AED higher2) then they said this is sold but the same amount3) then they finally said that someone paid before meAll this to push me for a bigger apartment as I was already in the process of buying, they are not reliable at all and is a shame for Dubai to have such unprofessional people working in this field.Furthermore it is a shame to have given to such company the project of the sheikh, not only they gave bad publicity to Dubai real estate world but also to the sheikh.You should not trust on them and be careful with your money when you decide to buy with this company.Besnik Salihu
