Looking for a NIGHTMARE?! Thats the place!!! Extremely unprofessional management. Apartments are overpriced for absolutely nothing. No network coverage across many units in the building (Dar Mira). Which means youll miss important phone calls and wont be able to pay for delivery using the card machine. Its a pain. Had many maintenance issues, noisy neighbors and horrible cleanliness. Unlike any professional law abiding management/ real estate company, this particular management doesnt return deposit amonuts even if you leave the apartment clean as new with no damage caused whatsoever, let alone it takes them forever to reply to any emails or concerns. Extremely unprofessional, its such a shame!

They call us to register your properties, but I went and bring our documents I spoke with the Manager i meet him we talk I submit our documents he accept it and he said I will email to you the NOC to advertised the properties but he did not come back and not even answer my call. How you can market your properties as your staff very poor not even reply. you are the one who ask to advertised your properties bu what????
