I am very happy about Savills Dubai. Miss Kiyo in particular took care about my place. In a 15 minutes call she gave me all her attention and listened to my needs. in one day she got me to visit the place where I actually live, showing her complete understanding of what I needed. She supported me with all the beaurocracy and she was and she is always available for help, no matter day or time, with care and professionality. I really advise to contact Savills if you need a nice place to live in Dubai.

I rented in Firdaous building through them for many years with a very noisy AC system and frequent false fire alarms almost on a daily basis. However, When I left, after very long discussions I paid 60% of the security deposit to be able to finish. If you rent from them, take a photo of every single scratch even if it is 1 mm and send to them and write it in the move in report to avoid paying extra cost later on. In addition, they will charge you 800 AED for repainting although it should be considered as normal wear and tear. Overall, I don’t recommend this company.

Their agents so unprofessional! I got my apartment from them and it was worst experience in my life. I agreed with one guy (don’t remember his name) to meet in moe, I supposed to give him the commission, once we met I asked him about discount and he just said me ok if you don’t have money I have nothing to do here and gone! Thanks god he didn’t spit my face! I called my husband and explained him what happened so he called the guy and he said no no it was just misunderstanding, I thought she didn’t bring the money..🤦🏼‍♀️ At the end we sign the contract, but I never forget the way that guy disrespected me and for sure never go for their services again.

They were very efficient, prompt and helpful. We did our property valuation with them and we had a positive and good experience. Their service rates are also reasonable.

I would not move home under anyone else and have been delighted with the service of the property management team since we moved to our new home in January 2021.I had perceived Savills to be more expensive - theyre not. Typical 5% commission for tenants.I had expected to be a small part of a very big client base and feel small as a consequence. Mike Sanchez made us feel like the only people on his client list. His expert opinion on the Umm Suqeim area, his continued assistance as we worked through a snagging list, his attention to detail and fact that he is a lovely human made him a complete joy to work with.As we have settled in I have been shocked and amazing by how accommodating our on-site support is. Our watchman Moorthi also acts as a general fixer of all things - from leaking taps to kids shelving he is accessible, speedy and extremely kind.The property - under Savills management - is beautifully maintained and we really couldnt be happier with Savills.

Just used their services and usually revert within 24 hours which is reasonable IMO - would recommend for clients looking to work with a multinational company with a good reputation.

Savills management are a bunch of thieves and will let you pay exaggerated amout of money in deposit commission and will do nothing in returnVery poor management of the buildingFarheen that works in the office asked me to pay a rent of 2 months when I returned the keys and paid dewa 2 months before so I wasnt even in the flat and returned the flatHorrible poeple management

Extremely a selfish and only self caring real estate agency, people should not deal with them. they only like to take your money and offer nothing in return. all of their offers are extremely overpriced according to the market as well.

I moved recently to Al Firdous building Nadulhamar and its managed by Savills . first of all we thought its better than others . and we felt that we can be safe . but what we found is No . today we had a fire Alarm at 11 pm and it was so annoying plus it scares my kids whom were sleeping and suddenly wokeup scared . not only us but most of the resedenses were waiting in the lobby . then when I toke to the security he said . its ok its ok nothing . I want an exceplination from the managment . why this happened and how they accept this that their clients living in unsecured place . why ????

Being one of the larger real estate companies, you would expect Saville to be a little better with customer service. Lazy, incompetent and ultimately unsatisfying. We live in one of the properties managed by them, and for the renewal, despite several back to forth emails, not a single actual conversation. Lots of promises, but nothing real. Small, petty and unreliable. Even in the current market, where prices are down, their negotiations are terrible. They offered our friends a completely different price for the same flat and then pinned the blame on the landlord. Terribly unhappy.

Butchered our evaluation. 50k+ less from another company in the same building, 130k less from a smaller apt with pool view.I guess we were the unlucky ones the bank chose.stay away of you can

One of the best property management company in UAE.

The company needs to improve itself technologically to remain competitive and user-friendly. For example if someone is OK to vacate an apartment, the company can send the No Objection to Vacate notification to him electronically instead of obliging him to visit the premises of the company. This is only one of many point that need to be taken care of. Generally speaking Cluttons is lagging behind any other company that implements technology and pays some attention to the clients.

Most unprofessional Company and individuals I have ever met. Absolutely inflexible. Their rental rates are way above the market. For new tenants they offer reduced rates while the existing ones are obliged to pay high rents even after renewals. On vacating the premises, they dont come for checking on the given date and time and then further delay the security cheques. I wouldnt give even 1 star.

If I can rate this company 0 stars I would. Absolutely outraged by how this company manages itself. Their valuation had no legitimate comparable evidence such as using listed prices and when I tried to dispute by providing other listed prices (similar to my purchased unit )they rejected it with no basis.Its companies like these that ruin the market. It angers me that they took 3000 dhs fee only to provide a terrible service.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Kept calling them for more than a month to renew my contract and every time they promised that someone will contact me to proceed with the renewal but no one called me. Eventually i visited their office myself to renew the contract and give them money!!!!! I dont know how the owners trust them to run the business on their behalf!!!!!!

Stay away from this company. No values whatsoever. Rented an apartment from them, they have been terrible to deal with from day one! They took 10k in commission and did nothing, I have a different problem every other week since I moved in and I have to escalate and follow up multiple times to get an issue sorted. Totally unprofessional!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS —— Ive been renting a villa from them for about a year now. Throughout the entire year, I have been informing them about rotting wood in cabinets, water leaks in walls + ceiling, and awful pest control. I have continuously requested something be done about this, but to no avail.They have continuously requested that I email them my concerns/issues, but often nobody responds. In the event somebody does get back to me, I get informed their contractor has left them, and there is nothing they can do.If you Savills are well aware of the issue… Fix it.—————I have chosen not to expose my true identity on any of my reviews, so have hidden my name on this one.

Very very worst service.. takes lot of money and do nothing. Even small real estate do good service. They never respond for anything.
