My husband and I rented apartment through this agency. Our agreement with an agent was that they will provide a space to install the dishwasher before we even move which they didn’t do so we agreed that we will do that. We made them to put on the initial check for installing dishwasher so we don’t have problems when we move out. But... now, when we moved out, agency wants to charge 600 aed for kitchen cabinet even though we had agreement for everything. Lady who did check up before we moved in and when we moved out was ignoring wa messages and emails for 2 days, pretending that agreement didn’t exist before we moved in even though we sent emails from last year where it’s clearly written and even though it’s written on initial check.When we had a problem in the apartment with water tap and leaking in the kitchen, no one answered on our emails so we needed to pay for that. It’s completely unprofessional to ignore agreement before we moved in (also email before moved in), one problem in the apartment and now willing to charge for something we are not even supposed to pay + ignoring our messages, calls and emails and on purpose informing us via email at 5:54 pm (agency works till 6) when we are not able to reach anyone.

I have appointed Hayat Shilcock along side other brokers from known agencies to work on the sale of my property in victory heights. They are very helpful and kind up till the moment they get their money, then they won’t answer and the agent Mazhar becomes “in a meeting” all day long.They do not deliver on time.Had to book a hotel because the apartment wasn’t ready on time and didn’t accept to compensate while it was their fault.I should’ve moved in to my apartment on a certain date, then I find out a day earlier at 5 pm that the paint wasn’t ready and no running water, while Mazhar (the agent) had confirmed 3 times that all is ready a week earlier.My recommendation is not to rent from them. Worst real state ever. They were never able to perform all the maintenance work that was required in the apartment or directly did not respond. Every time I had to contact them it was a nightmare because I had to insist a lot. They do not give correct information about the apartment, they told me that the air conditioning services were included in the rent and then I had to pay it by surprise ... lots of disorganization. Horrible customer care services because they do not listen any request or complaint they just ignore you. Last issue... almost one month since I left the apartment, still waiting for my security deposit back. Last time I have to deal with a real state company in Dubai. Thanks God my new lease apartment is directly with landlord management.
