I am living in Bay Square.For the past 3 months (June 20th is when I first inquired about this), I have been trying to get two of your agents to help us locate and/or replace the second access card to our floor in the building. We moved in in June and they assured us the card would be located and replaced if needs be. We have had to arrange with each other to meet downstairs to come up the elevator together for 3 months!! I also highlighted to the agent that there is a leak and a problem with the pipes. But the approval for the plumber to complete the job has yet to be approved by the agent.Last Wednesday after work I called into the agency, the agent took my number and assured me the issues would be rectified the following day. That was 8 days ago, and it’s the weekend now. Anytime I make contact and plead with them to help us, empty promises are made. Basically as soon as they received their commission they do not want to hear from us We really don’t know what to do, other than contact the Dubai Land Department to aid us with the lack of professionalism.

Extremely unprofessional and highly incompetent agents. They forced me to hand them their commission check one month prior to the key hand over and commencement of the contract. The agent disappeared and failed to hand over the property in a professional manner. A bunch of thieves and all they care about is their commission check. Didn’t help me with the registration of the property, misinformed me about the registration for DEWA, refused to provide the other party’s information and avoided to take any responsibility. I don’t understand why these guys think they are entitled to a commission while they refuse to lift a finger after getting their commission check. They also ask for an annual commission for all the consecutive years. I had to file a complaint against them with RERA hoping to get at lease some of my money back!!

Most incompetent employees I have ever dealt with. They promise you to pay you back the money you paid for home fixes but then don’t even reply to your calls. Not even managers or directors reply to you. Honestly you’re better off going somewhere else, unless you want to waste your time doing their jobs for them and chasing them for what they owe you.

Mr. Tariq Bader is the person to go to in Driven properties. We managed to get in contact with him thru an online posting of a rental property. After that he ensured that we got to see as many properties as feasible to suit our requirements and budget. He also guided us on the background of the property, maintenance aspects , owner’s support etc. He was available to respond to queries at any time.. including weekends. It was great having him as support in our quest for the property search and we recommend to contact him for your property needs.

A warning to everybody considering to deal with this agency in order to buy an apartment: I found an apartment, agreed on a price and a draft of a MOU was prepared, but from this point onwards the agency did not answer calls, ignored messages and in the end the purchase did not happen. Also only after preparing the draft of the MOU the agency disclosed that the seller was not in the country and that not even a POA on the sellers behalf was appointed. For three weeks they kept saying, that everything is alright and on its way, just for me to being ghosted in the end. A huge WASTE OF TIME. Something comparably unprofessional I have not encountered in my entire life. Also note, that additionally to their agency fee they charge 3000 AED for „conveyancing“. At no point when discussing the apartment price and fees this was disclosed. Only when I received the MOU I read that part. Happy to pay for „conveyancing“ when there really is a helpful service behind that, but obviously there is not, when this agency even decides to withdraw from a negotiated contract and does not even bother to get in touch and to tell a buyer that the seller for instance changed its mind or that some other buyer might have came in and offered a higher price.
