I have been with House Hunters since 2007. They have always been very helpful. I met Adrian Popica about a year ago ref to selling my villa in Arabian Ranches. Adrian was very honest all the way ref to potential clients and when the right time was to sell. Adrian presented me with market reports on a regular basis. In the meanwhile many agents outside HH were calling me. But I stuck with Adrian. Why? Adrian is a very humble chap. I loved his integrity, passion and honesty. Integrity is sometimes an issue in Dubai. But Adrian built his trust with me over time. So I stuck with him 100%.When Adrian found the right client then due to Covid I could not travel so he passed me to Catherine Heldt reference to helping on Power of Attorney and on conveyancing. Even though I did not know Catherine, but because of Adrian and his trust, I went ahead with Catherine. She was amazing and she ended up running the show for all legal, govt and commercial transactions. It was such a peace of mind. So I had Adrian on the client facing part and Catherine on process part. Both did amazing tasks. The customer experience score from a Net Promoter Score is simply 100. To sum this up.
