That’s definitely the worst agency for Real Estate... First, I inquired more than 5 times about the units they advertise on Dubbizle, and no one contacted me... I later called the number and reached out to an agent called Licha. Despite her being unprofessional and rude while on the WhatsApp conversation, I went to see the proposed unit which was advertised at 90k pa. when I asked her for the price she immediately answered 100k without asking me any question ... The 2nd day they changed the description of the add on Dubbizle to become 90k 1 cheques & 100k 4 chequesI called the agency to inquire also about 2 other units (which I inquired about maybe 3 weeks ago and no one answered), and complained about the same to the answering lady. She promised that someone will immediately call me. Again no one did, I called the 2nd day and asked for the direct number of the agent so she gave me the number of Ayushi : Same story here, I had to call her, she barely answers on WhatsApp and so far I have zero answers ... only questions about my budget & move in date but no answersLong story short : You guys are bunch of losers, and I’m just sorry for your employers and mostly the landlords working with you

I arranged a viewing with an agent from Prestige Real Estate for Trident Grand Residence today at 12pm (bearing in mind that this was arranged 2 days ago and not at the last minute). My partner and I both work full time and decided to use our lunch time to do the viewing. We arrived 10 minutes earlier and already messaged her at 11:40am that we are 5-8 minutes away. The office is in Marina and the agent turned up late at 12:10pm. To make things worse, she brought the wrong key and we could not do the viewing. When I told her that this is absolutely unprofessional especially since she has plenty of time for 2 days to arrange the correct key, she replied by saying sorry and go on about some RERA exam and that is more important. Sorry mate - agent like this do not deserve any commission. What a waste of time.

If You want stay safety-stay away from this company! Agents giving sellers contract for sign, showing copy cheque and copy passport of buyer promise to send later, but never to send! Actual he dont have real buyers, just want to have in hand confirm price what is less of asking price and searching buyers for this amount! This company broke price in propertys Market!

This company has access to UAE residents personal information. They know phone numbers, full names, and detailed addresses of residents. They refuse to disclose where they got the information from. This is a major breach of privacy and authorities should be notified about this. I dont feel secure that my details are in some agents computer and that its being shared amongst these people. Also I spoke with the manager of the agency who wasnt particularly polite and she refused to even question how the agent has my full personal information. I never contacted this agency in my life and I dont recommend that you do as they will definitely sell your personal information to anyone willing to pay for it.

Worst customer service!!!Avoid dealing with them. From top to bottom, all management is unprofessional and hide facts from tenants and lie in their advertisement. Customer service is as if they are helping us for free. Worst real estate agency to deal with ever!! Avoid it all cost!!! or make sure to have a lawyer appointed before you start dealing with them.

This company sell themselves as professionals and they are obviously not. They charge for everything, even contract renovation. After arranging to move in and promising the apartment is ready it seems it’s not. In the inspection after connecting Dewa it’s is in a disgusting state: dirty stained floors, bad painting, paint spots everywhere, missing things. It’s just lame, just look at the pictures and this is an Emaar property. You even tell them that they have to fix it and they not only refuse, they also take excuses from the landlord when we are the ones paying the commission. Making a complain didn’t help neither as they were supposed to call back and they didn’t even care. They just don’t care.

First and last time to deal with this company, they just get the commission cheque and leave you and delaying delivery of the signed contract, all what they look for is your money...and they exaggerate in the rent rate so that to get more commission, really bad experience for me.

Despite resolving a matter with Rob the owner of Prestige. The agent Mei resorted to breaking the law with public defamation of my character posting biased email and whatsapp messages to Facebook. Very disappointed, shocked and disgusted at their behaviour to disclose business emails for ridicule, after paying them for their services too.
