She listened first to what i was looking for in a place, before she gave me suggestions. And until all of my needs are met, she did not stop looking for “my place.” It was such a journey with her. The many considerations i had- the budget, the location, the size of the unit- all these she did not forget at all. She even managed to get me a discount with the owner. Tough luck or good negotiations, well, good for me. She even had tips on how to manage the furniture. All in all, it was a very good experience for me and she really lessened my anxieties and concerns moving in to another emirate. It was worth it that a professional agent helped me look for my place. I positively love this company as it’s the first one I used to scope out a new for my family here in Dubai. I signed a sales agreement for my property through BH, six weeks have elapsed & no progress has been made to close the deal.I have made repeated requests to BH to expedite, however, they give lame excuses.I reached out to senior Management, however, they promised a resolution, however they did not live up to their promise.Senior Management is not available to take phone calls & secretary says that they are out of office.Deal should either be closed or called off.Very unprofessional attitude.
