Please avoid this company - unless you like to file a case and report to the police, each time you rent or renew the contract - positive reviews are put by their employeesPLEASE AVOID, IT IS THE WORST real estate agency on earth!!In Feb 2020 I moved to Dubai and rented an apartment through them, they took the money and made Ejari and kept promising on delivering the apartment in a good state, then rental date started , but workers were still painting the apartment at the same time and apartment was not clean - I had unpack and extend the booking in the temp stay I was in, then repack all luggage again since move date was shifted.When I received the apartment I had to dedicate 4 days of my day time to receive workers to repaint some bad parts and cleaner workers, while these were the first days of my new job.In Feb 2021, my bad luck got me covid and I was out of the country during the renewal, so I had to renew with them again and when I came back to Dubai and delivered all the cheques to them, I was told that Ill receive the contract in 2 days -but no way in hell they would do what they said -.I had to keep following up with them continuously for 8 COMPLETE WEEKS and when I decided to escalate to their manager, because they took the agency fee and didnt provide the contract he threatened me to leave the apartment!!!I had no option but to file a case against them in the Rental Dispute Center, they asked me to cancel and promised to give the contract and because I want solution not trouble, case was closed and Im still waiting for the signed copy of the contract until todays date 19Aprilupdate: today is 24th of May and i have no contract - i filed new case against them
