We used E&T for our house purchase in Jumeirah Golf Estate.They did an outstanding job, where both Seller and us were impressed with the level of professionalism and excellent personal customer service.We have bought property before (including in other countries) and E&T with Mark, Rikke and the entire team made the entire process easy and smooth. Even the Sellers agent ended up relying on their guidance and handling.We will only use E&T going forward.

Would highly recommend Edwards and Towers, Zee Khan was my agent for renting a property and I found his service extremely responsive and efficient. Zee was friendly and approachable and always there to help if I had any questions, it made the process a lot more stress free knowing someone with knowledge was there to support if I had any queries.

I have tried to reach out to their agent Steven for buying a 1bdr property on the palm and it was very difficult to communicate with, very poor follow-up, he supposed to come back with a scheduled date for viewing but after 1month of waiting he didnt tell me the tenant is traveling and i had to send another inquiry that remained whiteout response. I asked why they list the property if the tenant will not allow viewings and also are out of the country his answer was to get in line potential clients and make them wait...I have called their office landline (receptionist mentioned that Steven just come back from his holiday and because he has exclusivity nobody else can attend ) and asked to speak to the manager and again nobody bothered to call back..Terrible and extremely unprofessional attitude. I do not recommend dealing with E&T at All!!

I just bought my dream home in Dubai Marina thanks to E&T and especially their agent Olga Shevkolovych. Having just completed the rental paperwork and about to move in to Marina Gate 2 , Nick Lee at E&T has been of great help and his work ethic is in complete contrast to the handful of poor reviews (here) that appear to be years old anyways. If my experience is anything to go by, then I’d say “E&T have their act together!”Nick was straight with me from the get go and advised of the pros and cons of the apartment(s) I viewed. Moreover, even after the commission cheques were paid, he kept in touch in regard to advice about moving in, utilities & etc. This is consistent with my previous experience with E&T, as they had proffered and managed an apartment I had rented on the Palm. Again, an attention to detail with a proactive, professional approach & excellent communication skills both verbally & with regard to IT; something which is all too often lacking from other real estate agents.Highly Recommended.

Professional, friendly and most importantly efficient is the way I would describe Nick Lee from Edwards and Towers. I moved recently to the Marina and Nick made finding the right apartment very easy, unlike most agents Nick listens to your brief and shows you apartments that match, because of this he only had to show me a couple of places before I found the right one. All documentation dealt with efficiently and he made sure snagging in the new apartment was all complete ready to move into. Great agent and I would highly recommend.

Never ever before had such a “partner” in this before. The apartments she presented was perfect for me and she found the right one for me every time. Her service is in total world class. This was the most disappointing service I have gotten from a real estate company in the 6 years I’ve lived in Dubai! They manage the property for the owner but didnt have a clue on what the owner wanted in terms of his minimum rent & cheques.I reached out to the agent & after some discussions (which included her asking our history & if we have any animals, I said we have 2 cats) the agent told us that the owner will not settle for anything lesser than 110k rent. We agreed on the price & went to see the house - & loved the place! We paid the deposit on the spot, the agent said she will get back to us with the contract after confirming with the owner, but she mentioned the deal is 99% done. The next day she comes back to us saying the owner will not allow anything less than 115k, but is flexible on the number of cheques. We’re a bit annoyed but we agree to 115k & 4 cheques. We reminded her that we will stick to the current deposit of 5,500 AED, inclusive of VAT, because she had initially promised to close the deal at 110k. She gets back to us again after a few hours claiming the owner will not go below 115k in a single cheque!We loved the house, so we agreed to the changes *again* & finally got the contract & a long list of addendums. The addendums were very one sided, ambiguous & didn’t include basic clauses such as a termination clause, or mention if parking was included etc. For example, it said we needed to pay Federal, Government & Municipal taxes for the property but when asked what that meant, she said it was just the utility bills even though they had a separate clause for bills. It mentioned that animals were not allowed, unless the owner agreed in written. Regardless, the owner/property manager could change their mind, & ask us to vacate the premises upon reasonable notice”. I got back to her with a list of 5-6 things to change to make it less ambiguous, & specifically asked the contract to mention that cats were allowed (we asked them to strike off reasonable notice & make it a 2 month notice period instead), add the termination clauses etc. We reiterated about the commission rate. She agreed but said a 5% VAT will be applied on it, & we reminded her that we’d agreed on an amount inclusive of VAT already on Day 1.Day 4 came. After a lot of follow up where the agent did not respond to either our calls or messages (she later said she was awaiting updates from the owner) she said the owner agreed to our clauses & she will send a revised contract. We were irritated, but glad to finally close this. A few hours later she mentions that the owner didnt agree to the exact clauses but had added some extra criteria. We were so exhausted with it by this point that we pulled out of the deal.It wasn’t the commission, or the termination clause, but the whole episode & how the agency handled it made us so frustrated. You manage the property for the owner, shouldnt you be aware of what the owner needs? Isnt that negotiation 101 to know what your room for negotiation is? There seems to be a clear miscommunication between the owner & the property manager. My biggest issue was the overall lack of communication & the slow responses. How hard is it to say “I’ve mailed the owner, I’m waiting for confirmation, I can get back to you only by 6pm today”, or say “I know you asked for X & he has agreed to Y, are you ok with it?” Overall the entire experience made me feel I couldn’t trust the agency not to create issues or go back on their word once we signed the contract. I know it’s their job to protect the owner’s interest, but it’s also their job to be upright, & act in good faith towards us, especially since the agreement would be between us & the agency, & not the owner.I wouldn’t recommend their service, but if you are looking to rent out a property through them, at least read the contract well, & make sure everything is mentioned clearly. Also, don’t forget to have an Option B to fall back on, because we had to use ours!

After experiencing many issues with other agents in Dubai, we have had a very pleasant journey with E&T. Our agent listened to our requirements and worked around the clock, showing us properties late into the evening at all times of the weekend. We found the entire team at E&T to be professional, friendly and refreshingly helpful!

We have been dealing with Edward for the lease of our 1 bedroom unit in DIFC area. Edward is a strong agent, got us a tenant quickly, is very good in follow ups, very fair personality for both Tenant and Landlord parties, easy to deal with and have the tenancy contract concluded fast and with no hassle. The agency is strongly recommended due to their professional and Client oriented approach.

The real estate agents are fraud in this company. They hire poor English speaking agents with butchered accent and fool clients. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical!! They say the property id available for the rent but after two weeks and when you call them again next day, they day, property is not available now.Why such people are allowed in the industry? Is not the real estate already in a bad mess because of these greedy sharks!!Boycott this company!!

There are very few trustworthy real estate brokers in Dubai - Edwards and Towers really stands out from the crowd as one such agency. I have rented property through their Downtown office both as a landlord and a tenant and I was so impressed by the level of care and attention even when the cheques had been cashed! it seems like they genuinely care about their clients.

Confused I am sure!!!!!! I happily give a five star review but I read some only give a 1 star review. I have been working with E&T for nearly 20 yrs as a landlord to property that they manage. My tenants through E&T are very well looked after and E&T ensure that their experience is as comfortable as I would expect it to be if I were renting my own apartments. All the staff I have worked with and currently work with are extremely good, quick to respond to emails and draw my attention to any points raised by my tenants that are then resolved as very quickly as possible. I think E&T are first class.

Extremely poor service -rented an apartment on Shoreline Palm Jumeirah for 8 nights -security card provided to access the building was obsolete and Edwards & Towers ignored all requests to issue a new one. Apartment was described as luxurious but not in my opinion and the welcome pack consisted of 2 A4 information sheets !There must be better options

Unprofessional broker as they will waste your time and will lie on you, I would not recommend this business to anyone at allAfter I saw the apartment I agreed to rent it the agent told me she will contact the owner to write the contract then after 8 days she told me the owner refused to rent it as he may be will sell it !?I let one of my friends call her to ask for renting this apartment for him self. She told him it is available but with higher price than what they wrote in the ad.Totally untrustworthy!

Terrible experience over 3 months, apartments being manage are in dire need of deep cleaning, only given one key and pass, was advised of a double booking after one month in apartment, then tried to charge us more for a smaller apartment as a result of their mistake, then they got the move date wrong and we were basically forced to move out in 2 hours, no compensation apart from carrying a suitcase across a road...Office manager only antagonized the situation with his arrogance by suggesting we had a bargain price over xmas and new year, no consideration for the fact we took an apartment in October and November when there were multiple apartments available but in his eyes we should be thankful for the rate agreed by them!!! Just a poor experience which only caused stress and upset over something that should have been a great experience....The only issue is that I dont believe they are any better than any other company operating here, sad but true...

Booked a holiday apartment with this company via Holiday Lettings. Paid deposit etc. 6 weeks before travelling received email informing that the apartment has been overbooked and my accommodation has been cancelled. No offer of another apartment. Very angry & disappointed. Will never use these people again.

Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone as they dont even have the courtesy to respond back to a client. I dealt with a certain individual from the downtown team, named Edward who initially responded then refused to answer or read any whatsapps after promising me to get back on apartments on a certain building. Terrible!
