When buying an office through them I dealt with an agent called Junaid to purchase it, zero customer service always late to appointment when they get their commission they don’t answer the phone anymore never, the agent after the deal finish was rude to me I regret I bought the office because they made experience very hard.Plus they are the owner of the studio and they charged me commission I had to pay for everything even NOCs from their developer when they should pay for it but I didn’t know!I will never deal.

Very poor after sale service. Many problem in new villa but no body bother to fix it .

Worstthey their commission is very high compared to other agenciesalso they informed me that i dont to pay Alfanar gas after i signed the contract they mislead me and i had to pay Alfanar gas deposit

Friendly and polite if they want your business. Once they have it lazy, impolite and unprofessional. Stay away !
