We took the flat in one of the building from this real estate just few days back. First they are happy only when you are giving them money and cheques. But when i asked for the assistant in my flat that i took the agent refuse even to listen do not want even to help. If you will call there the FIlipino receptionist will answer, if you will tell that you want to take a flat they will directly send you to one of the agent but if you have any question or complain they will say that the agent is busy or on meeting and will call you back, but never doing that. They have nice buildings but the service is poor

I Called dubai branch for renting, there mobile number not answer and other person when we called to landline he is very rude and talking like we are begging him to rent properties.

They placed an ad with a false location, confirmed the location when I called, then when I went to building they told me I was in the wrong area when I used the maps location they posted. When I confronted them they yelled at me instead of apologizing for putting the wrong location.

My suggestion would be to avoid potential real estate, every year they charge commission. The not friendly staff.

Mashoura Building location-wise is great as a lot of groceries are around this place. Security is always active since it is a family building 👍🏼👍🏼 Unfortunately, we didn’t renew our contract since they didn’t reduce our annual rent plus the admin guy is asking ridiculous amount as renewal fee. When we told him we found out a better deal, he tried to reduce the renewal fee but too late. Instead they wanted to get new tenants for commission instead of renewing the contracts.

Had been staying in one of their building for 2 years and recently moved out. Had a really hard time getting my deposit back and moreover if your account is handled by a guy named Mr. Nazar, be careful - as he could probably cheat you by misleading you with wrong information. The only good experience that i had with them was their maintenance team which i probably believe is an outsourced one.

Worst Management I reported illegal activity with evidence beside my apartment but took very long to take an action after involving the authorities, Super slow doest care about their tenants over their policies id not recommend anyone to them at all.The only good thing end of the day they refunded my security deposit and did not charge for wall painting.

My name is Avelino and I stayed in Al Mashoura Building in Murraqabat Deira for 7 years. Room 202 for 5 years and room 512 for 2 years. I had a great experience and no complaints about the service, Today October 22, 2020, I got my security deposit and there is no deduction. I fixed all the holes in the wall and clean the flat before I left and there is no deduction at all. I only deal with Mohammad and for me he is very helpful.

Stayed 11 years in their property. Never defaulted in any payments. Kept their villa in great shape but getting a hard time from their one staff in the Dubai office which has dampened the entire experience. Management in Sharjah does not get involved in tennant related problems. Its a shame how one has been treated lately.

Really bad real estate group... had very bad experiences... Heartless people.... job lost due to corona still they took 2 months as penalty and cut 2100 dhirhams from our 3000 deposit...very difficult to get the refund back...
