Highly unprofessional and poor communication skills. They have to be chased for viewings or even basic information about a flat. Upon enquiring about an apartments availability all i received in response was a simple HIIm surprised organizations like these still survive.

This is the worst real estate broker Ive ever treat in Dubai- very bad maintenance before the contract- no maintenance after you sign the contract (minor or major problems)- you will not easily trust every word or any promise with them

Biggest mistake i got flat from Nor Alsama. This company full with fraud peoples like Qamar. He captured all my security deposit now morethen 5 months i am following him but he is not ready to return the security deposit after deducting the costly maintenance charges. Managment also not responsive continously sending emails but nothing come out.If you value you money i will recommend you never go with this company.Unfortunatly i have to give one star even they did not deserve this..
