They dont pick up calls, they dont get back to your messages. They are simply useless. AVOID

Frauds!I cant describe how awful the company and the employers are.Rented a flat in Sports City Elite 8 building in Dubai with my wife in 2018 through the agency called Hardhat, which is the same fraudster agency that works with this Monaco LLC rental agency.Troubles started right away after they took 3000 AED for Hardhat agent named Mohib for finding me a flat and I was sent to Monaco agency in Karama area to sign a contract and leave a deposit of another 3000 because thats the practise when you rent a flat.Little did i know when i enter in a dirty flat that no inspection has been done to assess the state of the flat but once i was leaving 2 years after the guy who works as an accomplice to this ring of fraudsters showed up and took notice of every little thing that wasnt in other.To be clear me and my wife were keeping the flat in an immaculate state, just to be deducted 1200 aed at the end, even though they first tried to take 1600 from our deposit.Not to mention the horrible woman named Hareem that works there and is as incapable as is it rude and dont have a clue how to do the work.Whatever we needed we had to fight hard for it, every NOC or document from the landlord that we needed was energy-draining and nerve-wracking to get.Before you even consider to rent a flat anywhere from this company know this:They will lie to you, take your money and give you a headache to the point where you want to just leave everything and admit you have been scammed.HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND SHOULD BE INSPECTED BY UAE LAW AND PUT TO JAIL!

Awful Company, with employees that are unable to deal with Tenants. Frauds, they are trying to deduct from my deposit on items, like repairing silicon in the bathrooms and kitchens and cleaning air filters! They try to make any profit out of this to prepare the apartment for the next tenant using peoples deposits, never dealt with such an unprofessional company( that is if you call it a company) . Dont rent from them, i am taking them and the landlord to court.

I rented a flat at elite 3 at Sport city and I have to say that I had good experience with Monaco. Hareem and Jerin were in contact with me all the time and supported me with the landlord to vacate the flat only with one month penalty while covid 19. They advised clearly all I had to do. They have returned my diposit while I was in Spain, so I cant say anything bad about the company. They have discounted me some money because small damages at the apartment, but all was quite OK and clear with them.

Awful company. I rented a property for 2 years. The apartment ceiling fell down(!!) within weeks of moving in and I had to fight to have it repaired at the landlords expense. Then when I moved out, they tried to deduct my entire deposit for unlawful reasons (such as to repaint the ceiling). I managed to get them down to AED 1,000 but no further. Do not rent from them.

They are biggest liar in this real estate business , dont trust this people and stay away from this agency .

Liers, unprofessional, gave me hard time once they took the money, still didnt return my deposit, the last thing you want to do is use them as agency, these people have no qualification to do this job, worst ever!

Worse real estate agency I dealt with. Especially if you are going to rent property via this company. They are fast only until taking your money. At least half of security deposits are deducted for all customers by default, and it doesnt matter if you didnt break anything or some lack was in apartment before your moving there. Deduction of security deposits is just a part of their business/income. And it will take at least half month to get that money back after vacating and providing all final bills. And be ready if there are any issues in apartment during your stay it is useless to ask them, they will not do anything, everything should be done only by yourself. So, zero customer service and plus cheaters.
