The experience that I had with this company is that their representative didn’t show up for the viewing and didn’t cancel or reschedule. The company was informed and they never apologized or tried to solve the issue.

Went for a viewing for a rental townhouse in Townsquare. Upon showing interest in a particular unit they kept on raising the price. The excuse was the landlord wanted a higher price because there was interest in the unit.Now, an agency that doesnt have the power nor capability to facilitate what is being agreed on between the potential buyer and the landlord is not worth the time. Also the price has been raised from what was initially advertised on property finder and Dubizzle.Save yourself the hassle of going through BS agreements, and go with the other thousand real estate agencies in Dubai that actually know how to keep their word.Another note is they are more expensive than the alternative offers within the same area without a reason.

Excellent service by Natalie White throughout the entire search-to-purchase process. Natalie was happy to take time out, often during her weekends to show us multiple properties. Natalie is honest, hard working and transparent about what is / is not achievable. I am glad to say that she found us our dream home.The entire process was seamless and Natalie is an absolute asset to Treo. For our next purchase (an investment property) we only plan to deal with Natalie.

He has an aura of calm which is great during what is a super stressful time. He offered us various options and always tailored the search according to our feedback. Moving countries is stressful enough, but trying to source an apartment at the best price in a busy market like they have in the UAE is another level. Luckily my agent, Lewis, was on hand to deliver what I would consider as the best service I’ve had when buying a home. He was attentive, compassionate and really took care of our needs. I don’t see myself buying another property any time soon as he found me the perfect one, but if I do I will definitely be back!

Great service from Treo Homes, one of a few estate agents that actually care about their customers!

This is to address the agent name Paul who had confidently called us unprofessional.We chose their agency after reading great reviews. They were very efficient (in all fairness) and met with me to check some units on the same day I called. Later that evening, my husband and I have narrowed our options and came to a conclusion of one particular unit. Paul and another colleague told us we can come meet them first thing tomorrow morning for the cheques and contract and then they will get the countersignature by the landlord immediately after. The morning came, we woke up and checked on google map the condition from the new place to work and it says will take us approx 40-50mins. This for us (for my husband at least) is unacceptable. We called the agents as soon as we could at around 8/8:30am and discussed with them our hesitations especially before drawing any contract. Paul assured us that the traffic was only for today and that they already booked an appointment with the landlord and it would not be nice to cancel it. Upon hearing that, my husband didnt want to be rude and it sounded like everything is going smoothly anyway. So he went on the agreed time, gave the cheques and signed the contract.. It was important for us to get everything done that same day- we needed both the signed contract and Ejari as our moving date is in couple days.However, later that day, they told us the landlord was busy and couldnt meet. Okay, so we thought with all our hesitations, maybe this is a sign for us to re-think.Again (thinking not to waste anymore of their time), we called them up to cancel as early as 8am upon seeing that the traffic was as horrible as yesterday. We will not be able to live like that, especially for the next 12 months.Paul of course was disappointed because its a commission loss. However, we still want to work with them for another option as we also feel like they deserve the comission. He sent a message that we were being unprofessional for cancelling and that they wouldnt want to work with us anymore.. but the landlord cancelled on us as well. Is he being unprofessional, too?Paul, we told you about our concern and (in sales terms) our pain points. You addressed that by giving us false hope just to shut us up.Paul, please read about consultative sales to understand what Im saying.Sales is a profession and this takes a lot of patience and empathy.Anyway, thanks for your time.
