A representative from Footprint Real Estate assisted with buying an apartment in the Murano 1 Bldg last year in July 2020.We had been given the confidence that we did not have to worry and they would take care of this entirely – hence the commission we paid them for the deal.This apartment belonged to the friends of the owner of Footprint and the apartment had been rented at the time of buying so there was a 2 way calculation of what rent needed to be paid to us (rent after the date of sale – to be handed back to us) and what we had to pay back to the previous apartment owners, the service charge etc.The amount of deposit given by the tenant (renting the apartment at that time) directly to the previous land owners was totally skipped in this calculation and we realized this only a month later. Footprint did assure us that they would claim it back from the previous owners but it’s a year since then and the Manager was rude when asked about the deposit amount.This year our tenants are vacating the apartment and will as their deposit back – but the deposit is not with us as FootPrint did not make the effort to claim it back from the previous owners for the whole year, so basically we have to shell it out from our pockets. This is all for relying on FootPrints word saying that we didn’t have to worry and they will sort out the entire thing for us.Due to my experience, I don’t recommend FootPrint.

Ive dealt with many real estate companies but doing business through Footprints seemed more like joining a family. Looking forward to cherish this journey with giving you loads of more business and I highly recommend everyone else to do so as well.

Its been a week since i am waiting for agents to share the options with me.. Ive been contacted by 3 different agents after i sent them an inquiry about my requirement for rental. All 3 of them talk alot and promised to get back to me next day with options but they never do. This is so unprofessional, the worst experience i have ever had. Thanks for wasting my time.

This company is a total scam, refused to give the noc saying they are no longer in charge of the flat since the agent no longer works for them…They will not assist or even listen to you, saying that my documents have no stamps on them.

Unprofessional and unethical guys. Was very nicely spoken before payment after that no responses. Even after contract started the apartment was not ready to occupy and i lost 7 days from that. Whenever they responded it was very unprofessional and rude approach from them. I asked them to give the owner contact which they neither provided nor they took action to resolve it. At last I could find the owner details from property management team. There are very nice agents who dealt well and are responsive and helped my friend to get apartment in the same area.Cant believe there are such team in Dubai.Never had to dealt with such unprofessional and unethical team and was ridiculous.I have dealt with Mr.Touseef. and whenever he responded he talks like as if he has given the apartment for freeDont have a deal with this team.

If you work with them just read thisthey don,t respect any religion . now ramadan and they ask your duty 9 am to 6 pm and they really don,t care about your prayers and your fasting

Had an experience dealing with Mrs Adeola - re nt. I should say I have never met so weird agent. She was in contact only before signing papers and getting agent commission. After that you never get response from her, she ignores emails and doesn’t support the process till the end. If some support needed she just stepped aside.I strongly don’t recommend to use their service.

This agency has very unprofessional agents. They will do whatever it takes to steal your money. Especially this guy called Syed.After i booked an appointment and drove 1 hour to the place. He texts me if i’m moving soon. I Say that i’m still viewing my options. He cancels the viewing and send me photos instead. Very disappointing very unprofessional

Do not use this business under any circumstances. Especially their agent Nadia one of the most unprofessional people I had to deal with in my entire life. Shes only interested in her commission and once thats done its a nightmare to get your security deposit or anything else from her including maintenance.

At first they are fine, after handover no deposit returned back, when the agent collected it before a year ago he had the power of attorney to do so, but when i wanted it back he told me contact the landlord whome i never met before, tried calling office number but in vain , put a feedback in the website and they told me you will be contacted shortly.Ps: shortly = 2 months and counting

Rented 1 bedroom apartment using Footprint estates service. its been terrible experience. After getting commission their agent vanished. Multiple calls and messages were made, chased for weeks then i got the response, it was so rude and disrespectful on top of that tone was so threatening. Will definitely file case against them.

As what mentioned in the comments, the one who will give 4 to 5 stars were the FootPrint Staff, but the customers speak for the TRUTH, and based on their very bad experience with this company. When you have concerns, you have to repeat yourself, via emails, calls or watsapp more than 15 times, as no one seems to have empathy, professionalism and understanding in this company. All they want is to make sales, but no customer service, or after sales with their customers. They are not keen in developing customer service relations, product/ service knowledge, and they are hiring very poor liar Agents (who were even taking money from their customers ILLEGALLY). The assigned Managers are not doing anything with these concerns. Worst service ever!

The worst, stay away, their agents will rent you a unit then scream at you and hang up when you constantly ask for maintenance of the same issue that has existed since you moved in. Stay away find someone else. Ive contacted the department of land and property and a formal complaint is in the works. Ill make sure the two agents who handle my building get what they deserve and this real estate company is known for what it is.

Very bad service. They take you money and then never care about customer service. I would never recommend this agency to anyone ever. The agent tries to contradict the tenancy contract. Really pathetic and tiring working with them. Tried to contact the branch manager with phone calls and emails and still no response. Wish owners would relook at this agency before they go ahead with them.

In short, do not work with this company. The owners present themselves as god fearing people but cheat you in a heartbeat. And they are good at it. If you get stuck in a deal with them, leave it to Allah and wait for the day of judgement. I know I have.

Very poor professionalism and very low commitment. the commission i was charged by the FootPrint real estate agency was 5,3 % (3000 dhm) out of the total rental price of 45k dhm. Unfortunately for me, the agent gave me misleading information that was against of my tenants best interest (like to pay for the previous outstanding amount for DEWA on behalf of the landlord), as well, she did nt show me the RERA broker permit, despite the fact that I have asked, she did nt make sure that I have all the necessary documents from the Landlord. Instead she was rushing me to sign the contract and to open the DEWA account. she did nt check if the outstanding bills were correctly settled and the necessary documents were properly given according to the Law procedures. I had to deal all by myself with the Land Lord, which was not my job. think twice and know your rights. Im deeply disappointed.

Normally i dont write reviews , though we have bought recently a second property for investment through them and had some issues with sale , transfer procedures .. I appreciate the quick action and law knowledge they supported us with in order to have sorted the issue ... only 4* as the transfer did not go entirely smooth from start and some information about the property was not collected from the owner by the new agent , i think it is a human mistake and can happen in any company .. , his other collegues were highly professional and experienced and assisted us till the end ..
