Unfortunately ridiculous company...i found one apartment and the guy name is Saed from M&K Real Estate,he called me many time than he arranged the apartment for weaving which I was interesting BUT...1- He didnt come and he didnt informed me that he is not able to come which i was coming from other site of Dubai.2- once I tried to reach him he did not answer the calls at all.3-he called me back than he start to blame his copmpany and the colleagues4-than he called me again he negotiate with me on the phone I think he found another customer than he stopped the responding me again.5- I reached him from another number than he start swearing landlord that he was blaming him that he didnt leave the key.so basically i loose a lot of time and waiting for them just for viewing which is never happened. to be honest I dont know about the company but the person name is SAED stay a far from him and the quality f the guy showing company perspective...

I took an apartment through M&K Real Estate Brokers and I am new in Dubai. They assisted me very well through booking up to turnover of the apartment.Their agent assisted me for choosing good option and very helpful.This real estate is highly recommended

I have a bad experience with this Real Estate company, their Agent Wasif he dont know English , i visited one of the their building as per the advertisement posted in dubizzle , I have paid them AED 2000 as advance deposit to book the flat rest payment after signing the contract was spoken to wasif & their company .First thing he dont have his business card with him, when i asked said company didnt give him.Wasif cheated me saying that building belongs Al Wasl group and M&K real estate is Managed by AL Wasl upon checking with building in charge the building is owned by Local Owner not belongs to Al Wasl.Upon visiting the Flat survey he ask him to give AED 200 for himself to make sure that he will not let others from building owners office will not give the room to other tenants , but i refused and i didnt pay him what he requested.Also he told me flat is brand new no one stayed , But later after giving advance deposit AED 2000 he said one tenant stayed for 3 days, which i denied with him same time.Please dont rely on such brain washing agent who tells lie and and doing manipulation .I would like to inform M & K real Estate Brokers first train your agents not to lie to the customers to be dealt professional & Honesty way to earn money not In Harram Way.I was not able to sign the contract due to my children schooling and other personal reason i have informed to Agent Wasif and request to return my advance deposit paid AED 2000. he told me we have given to building owner at Al wasl office, I came to know through other source that building Owner didnt receive any payment of mine what i have paid to M & K Real Estate, M & K real estate put my money on their own pocket.Please do not do this to any other tenants , its very difficult to earn money and its not easy to tolerate this.Also their office no, no one picks the call as well.I do not recommend this company to any one.

Upto the time they showed us the properties, the service was very good. The agent informed me that he has blocked the Apartment for us and took our documents.But the execution was bad and we missed our choice of apartment. It gave us a feeling the agent did not know the industry.

Very unprofessional agent, reschedule three times the appointment and never show off at the end , make me wait outside from the apartment for more than 40 min
