Very poor service. When they get more commission from someone else after buying the room in advance, they will give them the room. So avoid them to the maximum.

One of the worst estate broker i have come across in the UAE. I have contacting this lady Miss Saba Rao and she is giving me very lame answer and providing me absolutely wrong informarion and wrong service. I am literally asking her for 1bhk and she is giving me info of 2bhk and thats also in the most absurd way possible. I wish i could share my WhatsApp screenshot. But overall highly unprofessional way of dealing clients. Not responsive and zero value.

Please do not take room from any of them. I had a very bad experience. After buying the advance from me, they gave the room to someone else.

Probably the worst real estate broker out there. Promises you one thing and then gives you garbage. Very ill mannered employees with no integrity to supply customer concerns. Basically just wants to sell and then erase your number from their phonebook. 1 star is not deserved.

Very pathetic! My AC is not working and its been a week since I reported this. Still it has not been fixed. I am being forced to live to live without the AC in this hot summer days.
