There is no clarity on what is the agents role and how She supports the entire transaction process.2. She has demanded AED 10,000 extra above the 2% transaction fee because it has taken me a long time to sell this apartmentwe agreed for the extra premium but the service has been extremely poor and disappointing.3. The name of the Agent on the MoU is different to the actual agent dealing with this transaction, so I am not sure why this is the case, unless its an agent on an agent type transaction.I would really appreciate if a profession agent is assigned to our case to help this process flow smoother.

I went to see an apartment that this comapny was offering. Turned out that the pictures do not correspond with the price. They forgot to add that there is a significan price increase if you want an apartment on the higher floor. But of course all the pictures that were shown in the add were taken from the highest floor. So in the end there was 25k difference in price if you wanted the exact apartment that was shown on the pictures.Additionaly when I told this to their agent, Andrew, he literally hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects a minimal amout of respect.
