I left inquiry about some fake advertising they usually do, and I recieved the call 2 days letter. The agent was SO NOT RESPECTFUL to me, he didnt ask if I can talk, what the product he is selling, how did he find my number, NOTHING at all, but he directly first munit pushed me for purchase of something I even dont know. He repeated the word PURCHASE, IMMEDIATE PURCHASE 3 times, he made the nervous and I asked his manager. His manager was even worse because he started attacking me with the same pitch.Am afraid to even imagine how unprofessionally they are in their job.NO ONE WILL BUY APARTMENT FROM SOMEONE WHO CLAIM TO PAY EVEN BEFORE OFFERING APARTMENT ITSELF.Ps: dear agent, if you need money like that much, please, ask your manager to increase your salary or study how to deal with customers.

If you want to rent through these guys, please be ware. They will try their best to not pay the deposit back. I had rented 2 places in Dubai before and they are the only ones who mentioned that there is a bit of paint which was not done properly in addition to some minor things that I have not even considered with other real estate agents. Do not recommend at all, as these guys represent what is wrong with the real estate market in Dubai.- reply to the business: well after agreeing to a reduction for my deposit even though I had already done everything twice- I have yet to get my deposit after 2 months and you guys are doing nothing, I have sent 3 reminders so far and nothing yet. When it was time for you to be paid were hawks and now you say you can do nothing for the deposit. I repeat you guys are the WORST. Oh and by the way, you could have gotten in touch with me following the review as you have my details and still the open case with you and not post a generic reply to show people how helpful you are while in fact you are doing nothing.

If you deal with them, dont be surprised about your hundreds of thousands how its gone, i dont know how these ratings are 5 stars, but you will regret, and u will be broke by dealing with agents here who always try to convince you to buy and hide the realities from you! Worst Experience. Apart from all confirmations and assurances the property was given to someone else - last minute. We only could secure the deal by bidding more which was perhaps the goal of the agent. Further the agent was unlawfully not willing to split the 2% on buyers and sellers agent. He simply refused to facilitate the sale if he receives the only 1% he was supposed to receive by law. I can just advise anyone to search and go with an agent who can be trusted and does not drop you last second like a hot potato - for a couple of dhs more.

I am not happy with the rent process and missing honest. They ignore the communication all the time it is very disappointing
