As my friend rented an apartment from them, she had some issues with the apartment and how he found lots of facilities not working such as broken water heater, when we called the agent to complain he just told us that his job is done, and asked us not to contact him or bother him again, very rude. Very unprofessional, and We are planning to file a complaint against them at RERA, when we asked to speak to a manager we got contacted by a lady who told us that we have no right to complain...... shame !!!!

Bianca has a completely different working method from other agents I know, she is based on clarity, professionalism and simplistic. As soon as we met her, she immediately made available information about apartments, buildings and locations , she was very competent and well-informed, and she also offered support in visiting the city.Bianca, on the other hand, was extremely understanding and professional, her genuineness won us over, and we believe we have found a new friend!

Worst experience with the service provider. I had to get involved much more than required. Acting as just a messenger between landlord and prospective tenant instead of taking initiative on even basic item like cleaning the apartment before handover, depositing the rent cheque on time etc. Everything was last minute and after lot of follow up. Totally unprofessional service and poor value for money considering that I had to put lot of efforts despite paying commission.Update on 23rd May:We contacted the number given in the response and were told on 20th May that we will get a call soon. We havent received any call till today evening. We had asked for a list of services to be provided to the customer and the same has not been proved till date. Nearly two weeks after the move in, we are still struggling with lot of issues- a dysfunctional dishwasher, no keys for bedroom, doors not locking properly, no drain pipe on one part of the sink etc.

Moving to a new home is always challenging and has lots of tedious and tricky steps that require significant coordination, logistics and various steps that need to happen in specific sequence and on timely basis.We were lucky to be in the good and capable hands of Mrs Aaliyah Mirza, who not only facilitated finding the right home for my family, coordinated the communication, agreement and paper work with the land lord in a very professional manner, but also really went out of her way and made all the difference in linking the right contacts and resources needed to prepare the new home with all required setups.Aaliyah Mirza is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with!Strongly recommended!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Engel & Völkers Dubai.I was interested in a low price property (around 250.000 - 280.000 AED) which was also offered on the website.The employee (Mr. Agarwal) was not very helpful. Probably due to the (expected) low commission, communication was difficult.I have clearly written several times in which properties (two studios) I am interested.In my whole life I have never experienced such a demotivated employee. Probably you have to spend at least 1.000.000 AED to increase the motivation.The crowning glory was that at some point I only received an OK as an answer after I repeatedly wrote what I wanted.In the meantime, I have purchased a property from Reportage Properties.Engel & Völkers (Dubai) doesnt seem to need it. *shaking head*(Two stars because maybe there are other motivated employees available there.)

After villa hunting for several weeks by ourselves and encountering various property agents, we found our Agent Angel in Aaliyah. I call her an ‘Angel’ because in 1 day she achieved a miracle by finding us our ideal villa at the right price and completed all the paperwork to enable us to secure the property. She spent the day with my wife showing her potential properties and even provided her with lunch, whilst they waited on my arrival to view the chosen villa. There is no need to use rude words. Not all customers come with your agreed price, we have our budget and our preferences on building and we are the one going to live there so there is no need at all to be rude. if you think the customer budget is low then its low. You do not have any right to say rude words like wasting your time.
