HorribleJust horrible customer service. I was forced to deal with them because of our office owner. I have never ever in my life dealt with so many unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful people.Once I was in their office waiting for 3 hours to sign a contract. The way that they were treating customers coming over for a same purpose was beyond imagination.I have tried to reach their management several time and he was too busy to give his royal time even after I called 20 times.Im am so happy that the owner finally changed their agent.

Worst experience that made me weep, account had issue with money in it, just one time & they blacklisted after paying the money and a huge fine that they gave me for the bounced checked. No human feelings & loves to take your money. Please please dont deal with them you will regret it. No maintenance at all, I do it myself.

R&S Building SharjahI was staying in R&S building, the management is so pathetic, i had drainage water leaking in my flat from the apartment above me,it was smelling like sewage ,i contacted the agent, they never bothered to come and check and now when i vacated the almost 4months ago, they didn’t give my security money back which is 1500 Dhs, whenever i try to contact the agent, she argues and fight saying its not ready!!!MISS HOURIA working there , is always ready to fight and very very rude, i have never seen a rude female like her, the receptionist there are also very rude and unprofessional, i go to office and wait 1-2 hours just to meet Miss houria and talk about my deposit, she walks infront of me ignoring but never come and talk and when i try to approach her, she starts yelling at meI posted this review before and she asked me to take it down and promised if i take it down she’ll give me my deposit back but its been 4months now, they still didn’t give.

Only Reception Perfect others All department minimum you have to contact 3 to 5 time there is no call back function. Only Customers Shuld follow up.

Bad experience. Specially the lady behavior is very rood and she is treating the Clint as a beggar. no values of the customers.

Such a ridiculous management I have never come across in my life, Lived in their lease property for 11 years, having always some of other issues...not even once they have arranged painting for my house, now I left and running behind them for my security deposit for past 7 years, no body takes responsibility, all they say same story for last 7 months, but if tenant delay the payment they but heavy fines .I am not sure about others experience but mine is worst , I am still waiting for my securtiy deposit.

This is one of the worst companies of real estate ever, their agents don’t care about the company or the customers they only care about their commission and their self only , even if you are going to pay the rent in cash the agents and finance refuse to get the money till you pay 500++ as penalty every time you visit the company ( so weird!) , otherwise if you ask them to change the deposit Cheque they will ask you to pay 300++ for them , if you refused to pay they will not accept to receive your money ( another weird point ) , So I am advising any one not to deal with that company,I am sorry that I dealt with them , very bad experience in real estate,

Had to follow up 2 months for getting my contract after I gave them my cheques. Very unprofessional and greedy people . Building maintanence is so unresponsive and you end up having to bear the cost. If you think that you ever faced rude and careless customer service in your life, this place surprise you and ensure that you didn’t face such an amount of rudeness and carelessness until you met them.Never EVER rent anything from them, you’ll find that they offer one of the highest prices for any property.Honestly, I’m only giving them a 1 star because there are no zeros in this rating.Edit: if you were unfortunate enough to rent from them, make sure to take a photo for EVERY SINGLE SPOT in the place you rented because they will deduct the price of any missing/damaged thing from your security deposit, even if you took it from them that way, so you have to prove that it was missing/damaged when you started renting the property from them.

I had asked for help and clarity, we are all busy doing multiple things. These women are not able to communicate, she said I do not know how to do my job. And when I said you are rude which was an honest expression she said I am rude. I am the customer here, there was no help provided all your people kept doing is calling and asking for more money and threatening to take it to the court. This is absurd, when I asked this is how you treat the customers? I asked her I was not made aware what was to be done so please help me. She said, This is not my job, it is not me to tell you how to do it. If you dont know how to do your job I cant help you. A very horrible experience over and over again. I wish I could give you no stars at all. Very poorly handled, I am so glad our business relationship is coming to an end.
