WARNING! This company is a joke. They sell luxary apartments in Dubai and is very service minded and polite during the sales process. Once the contract is signed they is completeley impossible to reach and they ignore all kinds of contacts. I get a date of payment and when Im suppose to access my apartment, but they only say anytime in december (not the actual date) so its impossible to plan financing or travel. Now I have tried to contact them more than 15 times and they still ignoring. Im afraid this might be a fraud and my money is gone!

If the property you live in is managed by hamptons dont be fooled by the international name thinking the quality provided to you will be best. They over promise and under deliver and have zero consideration for you as a tenant and the discomfort you might be going through. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

A complete disappointment and sick to the core dealing with this company. Rented a property with them for my family and since day one it has been a nightmare. Extremely unprofessional and unethical attitude of staff with no principles.Left in a limbo and mercy of god. They only follow up until you drop the cheques and then stop responding.My familys health is at risk due to their incompetency and lack of respect. The Villa they rented has a lot of issues from day one and 6 months down they still havent addressed them. Not just that they failed to give my rent contract also that was signed 6 months ago which is an illegal practice.I keep sending them emails and they do NOT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY.Next step is to take them to the court!

Dont ever trust what you are told by the agents. They will even play with the contract words in a way to make you pay extra fees after signing the contract. Before signing the contract in Dubai Hills we have been told that the chiller is free, ALL the residents believed in that. When suddenly EVERYONE (around 40) received the huge bills (minimum 10k/quarterly) as a chiller fees. In the contract, they used chilled water term and they convinced us that this is a standard contract but 100% sure chiller is free.Conclusion: Dont trust them at all!

Zero service after the sale is concluded.We bought a unit in the Jumeirah Gate and they NEVER updated us on the progress. We’ve been trying to ask for information along the waiting for completion.We’ve only got input reactively and never proactively.Even when we are writing Hamptons they never give detailed and clear information like for example: waiting for the developer or waiting for the completion certificate, without stating that it good take weeks or whatever months in worse case scenario.It’s a shame they way they handle this luxury project...The recipient that answers the email is also all the time unsigned, there is never a name in the signature... even my grocery subscription does better than that.

Extremely unserious company. Waiting for NOC for more than 4 weeks now. No communication, no status, no nothing. A 4 yar kid can handle a company better than this management. This will definitely be a negative impact to foreign investors. The government should react and suspend unserious companies like this. Ill give them this week and then taking them to court for delaying the purchase.

I have dealt with one lady there in renting a house. We only stayed for a year due to the massive amount of problems that happened due to her lack of honesty. We discovered she was not straight forward with us and she went back to the owner and did not update her with what really happens but actually lied about some situations. She has been trying to piss us off in every single way; demanding to paint the house inside and OUTSIDE! Although when we contacted rera we knew its not our duty to do that! I really am shocked to meet such a person.

If you do not want to wast your time and money, do not deal with this company for the below reasons.Worst company I have ever dealt with in the UAE, not professional at all...- When I rented the apartment the property manager made me pay the empower bill on behalf of the landlord to transfer the empower account under my name, now I left the property and I have not received the money from them.- I had issues with the building management and Hamptons ignored all my emails to help... NO CUSTOMER Service ATT ALL. VERY CHEAP Company.- AC was off for 2 weeks and they did not send anyone claiming that the delays is from the landlord.- I sent a request to delay the cheque payment and they tried to enchash it anyway and it got declined, they charged me AED 1000 more ( According to the contract but not ethical) specially that they did not commit to the contract from the beginning.- They never answer phone calls, and reply to the email 2 weeks later, and when u ask why, they tell you thats how they work.- I have given the 3 month notification not to renew the contract, did the handover inspection, and left the apartment on time, and they still went to the court to charge me for the time I did not use the apartment for.

Very poor Quality Customer service, they would do anything to get your money/ deposit.they do not answer their emails specially when you have an issue. and when you call them they answer after 100 attempts and they tell you that they can take the time they want to answer your email and that you can do whatever you want to do.During this Covid 19, my contract finished and requested for someone to come for handover, my agent Walid from Hamptons who decided to reply to my email exactly by the end of the month to send someone to receive the keys and register the condition of the apartment.The agent came 2 days later and wanted me to sign a document for handing over without giving me any invoice for the cost of maintenance, and later when I insisted they decided to reveal the invoice for double the market cost of the service, and they are expecting me to approve the payment.Now, they are harassing me with many emails threatening me that I will have to pay for the time since the expiry date of the ejari until the handover of the apartment, while the delay is actually from their end.But I guess it is all to get my deposit from me, very cheap and very unprofessional.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, as I assume it is the companys technique not only individuals working there.

Just to prevent other potential clients from wasting their time - I called 3 (!) different agents multiple times, as they wouldnt pick up from the first try nor call back. Non of them managed to advise anything neither to get back. All the agents details i got from the office reception - turned out the agents were not even dealing with units i am interested in. This poor customer service should be really reconsidered.

Dealing with Hamptons International was great, especially with Mikhail. From beginning to end he was a great help, from showing us apartments to being responsive to every question and securing us a lovely apartment. Would recommend them to anyone and I would go through them again.

I had the biggest financial loss in my life with Hamptons advise back in 2014 where I trusted that Hamptons will give me the best available real estate proposition. Accordingly I invested 2.6 m AED and now this investment worth only 1 m !!! This is more than 60% loss over five years? Real estate is a general low risk low return which is not the case with Hamptons advise. Hamptons did not even negotiate with the developer and I have truly been financially suffering due to your advise ... really disappointing

Avoid this company like the plague. Possibly the worst estate agents I ever dealt with. They manage the property I rent.They take months to fix anything and, years after I raised some issues, they are still unresolved.

Very bad customer interaction! Got in Contact with two Real state brokers of them, looking for buying a house. Non of them ever called me back to give me any information, and both said they would. What kind of company doesnt need customers? I found another real state agency that was great and interested and we closed the deal.

I almost never write reviews online but our experience with Hamptons has been so horrible that I couldn’t have not (and if I could give it a zero star rating - I would).To cut a very long story short - We found an apt to lease through Hamptons and sent the deposit to their account through a bank transfer, only to find out the next day that the landlord had rented it out to someone different. The agent didn’t even have the decency to call us himself and let us know of this extremely important new development, but rather waited for me to call him to follow up on the status of the apt.Since then, we have been making multiple daily calls to Nabil, the agent, *begging* for our deposit money back. Here are the following excuses we have heard from Nabil and other reps from the company:- The money will be transferred directly back to your account tomorrow- Turns out we cant do a direct transfer, we will prepare a check and give it to you in a few working days- Seems the manager needs to sign off on the check, and he is traveling. Wait until he is back- We need to get approvals from finance which will take some time so we will get you back your money in a few days....We still have not received our money!I *strongly* recommend against dealing with Hamptons. There are plenty of other decent real estate agencies in Dubai - you’re better off doing that than spending most of your time begging for your own money back after a failed deal.

They were prickly and unprofessional right from first contact, I decided not to pursue any further.They respond to poor reviews here on this thread, but, as you can see, it seems they just try to discredit the reviewer. Very bad form.

I had most bad experience ever with Hamptons property consultant MR. SYED TALHA SHAH. He is highly not in customers favor at all. I have taken a flat in ARIYANA tower and tried to approach multiple times to him with different issues he never showed up and helped. Very negative attitude. Now my contract is finished 30 days back and I struggling to get my security deposit back.He has deducted multiple paint charges, bulb charges, etc which I agree and even I am not able to get my security back.I had tried multiple times to approach his management but he never gave me email address of MD Hamptons OR his line manager DUBAI. He don’t know the meaning of customer service at all.The experience I had with MR. SYED TALHA SHAH is the most worst experience ever with any property consultant in UAE. Which left very bad impact of Hamptons on me.I would like to request Hamptons management to contact me ASAP.

The worst service you can see. The apartment I received in Town Square is not clean. The water heater is not working. The doorbell does not work and it has a person named zhao he (bassam).Real garbage service and a person who is not helpful, nor does he respond to phones. I don’t understand that he is working in this place. I tried to make a complaint. They told me in the company, OK, but I mean, what is okAgain in English so all people can see itThe worst service ever i just got my apartment so dirty water heater was not working plus the door bell not working as well.There is a person under name is Zhao He (Bassam) this person gave me a survey and he marked as everything is perfect in order to receive my keys.Really rubbish service and this person is not helpful at all and never answer his mobile number.I have tried to raise a compliant against him but it seams he is very powerful in his company the person who received the complaint just replied by OK.
