High price with low quality.1) Ive paid maximum commission instead of usual 5%2) Theyve made a lot of mistakes in contract (number of beds, DEWA number) and they didnt check if all documents are ready. For example Ive paid for previous tenant Ejari contract closure.3) I worked with them more than 1 week and agent even doesnt saved my number! Its seems he even doesnt know my name!4) They dont keep their promises. The apartment was not ready for move in.I especially do not advise working with Nazir.

Hi Team , Its been a month I am asking for our own security deposit money. Ppl are so unprofessional to tell, get it from owner and owner doesnt pick the call. making ppl run behind the money is really un ethical I can also attach the screenshots and proofs I hold with me. I need our security deposit back. I know you ppl will tell someone will contact and no one will give proper reply. can you just conference the owner and me. if you guys are not able to contact the owner then how you will again rent the same property to someone.

I even don’t want to give them any star at all thou for a non-support from any staff of BETTER HOMESWhile they take very expensive agency fee comparing to other agency, they don’t even support their agent and customers at all.When I called to the agency to try to ask their help for something as my agent can’t get through, these staff didn’t even try to listen to what my problem is and just told me “ we have no idea what is the matter, only your agent knows and just ask your agent.”These staff never try to support us.I recommend you all not to go to Better Homes. As many other agencies can do much better support in kind mind.

Honestly speaking if you are looking for an apartment in the greens either contact Aaron from All sop or Arta but avoid the better homes folks... they are good in following up to relieve their commission and making sure that the price wont go down so they can share the omission among the 3 of them but will act as if they didnt comitt anything in the after-sales process .. its complete different experience compared to other agencies in the market !!

The agent Syed Wajih Uddin Ahmed, In addition to not doing his job and being inefficient he allows himself to speak in a very rude manner! This company allows itself to take a higher commission than the others and yet ... their services are far inferior! To run away !!! Or at least this agent who, one wonders why, « Is doing » this job !

I had to give a star, if I could, I would not give any.I have been in touch with 4 agents and they all turned out to be unprofessional and useless, showing me only the units they want to get rid of. When asked about some that were online, of course they were all gone.

They offer equally poor service for the owners and charge premium rates. What they include in property management is very restricted and for any additional service (which should be a part of the property management), they ask for additional charges (rip-off). My previous agent was poor in communication. The current one is much better. I would have contracted another property manager if it did not involve me the cost of travel, lodging, etc.

Ive got help from Anita Szilagyi from Better Homes in the last couple of years to find apartments for my and my family for rental in Dubai. Anita is always extremely helpful and provides world class service to satisfy the needs of her customers. I would recommend her to anyone who would like to receive excellent service and assurance of finding the best possible place for rent or buying. She is trustful and very professional. She did an amazing job finding our apartments that we like very much and we are grateful to deal with her as she is also a wonderful person.Working with Better Homes is also a guarantee of quality and trust.

No doubt the absolutely, positively worst property management company in Dubai. We have 32 degrees inside our apartment, the air condition is not working for the last 3 days, there is no communicated plan to us to fix the problem, we have no idea what is happening. And of course, there is no one to talk to. Not a very pleasant situation for someone whom is paying a lot of money for a penthouse in JBR, managed by Better Homes.

Hello, I must say that so far my experience with better homes was consistent with the bad reviews before. but recently there is a new boss coming from England and I have to say that it was a real relief for us to find someone to listen to our problems and not like robotic little soldiers who repeat you 10 times the same arguments to make you silly. it is his intention to put a human face to this agency I wish him sincerely good luck.In addition, it is very nice to have a partner who talksperfectly English that you can understand perfectly,it does not happen so often in Dubai:)so thank you again dear sir .

I have read the reviews , I do not know much about the old or new management, but all I can say that I have had to deal with Anita for the last 2 months to purchase another apartment in Dubai and I have been very happy about her efforts to take me out for viewings after my working hours and she gave me many good advices that turned out right. She is very professional and followed up with my purchase all the way throught from research to registering Dewa account. Comparing to my previous agent she is amazing, for sure I will call her back for my future investments.

The worst experience ever. I contacted one of their agents to sell a property, he took the details and then never contacted me and was not answering my calls and WhatsApp. I called the call centre to change the agent and they took my details but didnt hear back from them. I emailed and I got the reply that they will get back to me but as usual they didnt despite me sending another email after one month but with no response.

Unreliable office. Some of their agents are misrepresenting facts and acting like total mavericks. Keep away.
