Very bad service and non professional. Diana Bichurina was the agent who got me the apartment. Unfortunately, from first day, the AC as well as the fridge we’re not working; which are very basic stuff and should have been checked before by the agent. Now am stuck and I have to repair all.Very bad experience.Let me add that up to date after one week it’s not fixed.The property was handed over from DAY ONE in very bad shape. And when I informed Diana that the apartment was in very bad shape, she told me to check with the owner.Totally not acceptable. We are talking about first day from handing over. Agent is supposed to ensure that property they are handing over is in good shape otherwise what’s the point. Not acceptable.

Their agents are good at not helping clients.Agent Farida acts so pricey when enquired about a property. Not willing to help us out in spite of showing serious interest in the property and reiterating that we need to move in urgently.In todays market when agents are running for business these guys are least interested in serving their prospective clients.Totally disappointed.Would never recommend them to anyone.Hope someone reads this comment and takes appropriate action.

From my first initial telephone exchange with Lidia Marino I was thrilled to finally have have found a realtor that understood my families needs and requirements, taking on board every detail and managing to suggest a variety of properties suitable for our family.I had held a number of meetings with various property experts in Dubai and after being exasperated with the lack of communication, understanding and failure to call back or offer any property that was “supposedly” for rent on their websites I stopped the search with all other agents and worked solely with Lidia.She did not disappoint in any area. Lidia is professional, always on time, not only understood the requirements but actually suggested something far more interesting than we had originally planned. She thinks outside the box and somehow gets to extract from her clients the relevant info needed within the first call, this is a skill in itself. Her sales approach is believable and genuine. She was extremely knowledgeable about every property that she took me to, knowing exact room dimensions, what each appliance did, the location around the property, she knew the fine details that many agents do not seem to have a clue about.
