Horrible Maintenance, Horrible and rude Managament, Worst maintenance team ever! They do not care at all about their tenants once we have rented the place, they were extremely pleasant and quick to solve any issues when we wanted to rent out the flat initially, which was all a Facade to trick the tenant and later they show their true side , being extremely unprofessional and no responsive to any of the maintenance issues!

Respecting the tenants is an important factor in making the tenant happy. As for Rocky, they dont have that meaning. I advise the owner if he reads these offensive comments, that he makes the decision to change the unprofessional tenant management system that maintenance work is necessary from the right of the tenant and others, before the company name becomes worse than it is now.

Extremely unprofessional staff, without any support or moral values. In the past 3 years, I can put multiple examples with proves of the poor quality of service and a non-serious attitude towards any matter which is related to tenant. When it comes to money, never miss a single date but sleep on every single problem and complaint by the tenants. In my building, along with other tenants, we raised the issues, visited the office and met the unprofessional management with senseless responses.

A bunch of corrupt thieves.Check every item in your apartment before a unit is handed over to you. Even the simplest things, such as power plug, bulb, draining cover... etc.... If anything is missing or in bad shape, either have them repair it or mention it in the contract. If you dont, they will unfairly deduct it from your security deposit.Be very careful.

Most of them don’t listen or entertain you due the factor of your budget and your needs.Some of them literally turns off your calls, AZCO (sorry I have had to shout the real estate name due to the fact I was really disappointed) is one of them where called 3 to 4 agents none of them were responsive and none were that professional.I don’t know about overall Rocky Real Eatate, but Ms.Shivani Rai from Rocky Real Estate was amazingly attentive to my needs and my budget.
