The worst Real Estate company I have ever encountered.Their buildings are full of cockroaches, specially Kappa Acca buildings.They change the prices from one year to another year (3.000 aed more expensive this year than previous)Terrible quality materials and finishing. You can hear and smell your neighbors.They started to charge 4.000 dirhams a year for any extra car you want to park in the building.When you call them or complain, nobody answers!They allow bachelors in the building and dont do anything to make sure they are quiet after 10:00 pm.A very disappointing experience with Buniah!

I was tenant of Kappa Acca 2 flat no 801 (Buniah real estate ) dubailand they are big fraud cheaters and liers plz never trust them as they have not returned my security deposit 1500/- and they committed that they will return me back after 15 days after leaving from there on 4 August 2021 I was shifted to another building still they are not receiving my calls and Agent Mr Rehan who committed that they will return my deposit after 1 year and he committed that Maintenence for 1 year will be free but they didn’t give me free Maintenence in 1 year and Manager Mr Gauraf who also committed that they will refund my deposit after 15 days he is also a big lier and cheater he blocked my number and their receptionist don’t have manners she always misbehaving with me and dropping my calls sitting in business bay office kappa Acca 2 dubailand is a wrost building I have ever seen in kitchen cabinets they have fitted low quality cardboard instead of wood and everything they have used cheapest and low quality paint kitchen Cabnets and cupboards as well plz never go for Kappa Acca 2 dubailand dubai Alain road as they are big cheaters and liers ………

The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. For anyone that tries to call their office, or anyone working within that company, DO NOT BOTHER, because no one will actually assist you, (starting with the most rude receptionist), THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY IN A MEETING or OUT OF OFFICE, (9-5, they are NEVER THERE). They will never help or assist you with whatever issues you are facing. And if you ever plan on having your FINAL settlement actually settled, be sure to wait MONTHS till that happens, because they will not respond to your calls or emails, unless its convenient for them, and on top of all that, they will give you wrong figures. Been calling them for a week now, they are NEVER available, and the receptionist will make sure to keep you on hold for 15 minutes straight. They dont even deserve ONE star!!!

Horrible experience so far, i have not received my tenancy contract even though Ive moved in on the basis that the landlord isn’t available to sign and my bank account got scammed and i informed the agent who still took the liberty of cashing his commission cheque regardless of me asking for a kindness of waiting until end of month so that all cheques can be paid off when i receive my salary. I have yet to recieve any reciepts or actual the contract. Real estate agent also did not mention cooler deposit and only told me of the monthly fee.

Just the horrible Owner Association management company - Buniah Manzil (which is the daughter company of Buniah Real Estate)very unprofessional and primitive way of doing things. Avoid them 100%, they are managing Masaar Residence in JVC and 4 other buildings.

Zero customer service, no reply to calls or emails, late inspection for contract.termination, late release of security deposit, 2/3 of deposit deducted, no polite reply from sales or managers, almost very bad real estate company
