If I could avoid giving star, I would have. I spoke to one of the broker (Shah) to book for a viewing of the property which I found on Dubai Property Finder. We set a time to meet at 4pm and he sent me the location at 1.30pm. At 3.30pm I text to let him know Ill be leaving and will be there 15 minutes early. I got to the property after travelling 30 minutes and waiting for waiting. He did not answer my phone calls, my messages was not read and I did not get an update. After waiting for another 10 minutes (total 40 minutes I waited) I decided to leave. Very unprofessional. Definitely avoid this real estate to save yourself from disappointment.
