If there is less than 1 star I could hit that for the agent we had from here. Really unhappy as the apartment handed over to us was not proper. Post raising the concerns 10-15 days ago before moving in, this was not checked or supervised by our agent and we had to directly deal with the property ourselves to fix the concern. Not sure why we paid the broker fee.Stay away from this broker and go direct if you can please. We had a really bad experience.

We got ghosted! An agent named Raja, conducted himself like a true blue gentlemen in the beginning our transaction. We moved to a flat he managed on a promise that he and the landlord would rectify all the existing snags right away.After we paid the commission, he disappeared like a smoke. Calls went unanswered, messages got seen and even the Water Edge office has no proper answer. Until now, 6 months after we moved in, the snags remains unrectified. Sad!

This is the worst and most unprofessional agent in Dubai. The agent Farhan doesnt even know what are the rules and what are things required to complete a Deal. I tried their services and would advise all to stay, either cancel ur plans or look somewhere else. They dont even know how to handle customer or sellers..
