.I have never had such a bad experience with customer service as I have with this company. I have had them ignore my calls and text then the phone was hung up on me from the main office it was a young lady in charge of Holiday homes in the Dubai office. I only asked for my security deposit and i was given the run around, from beginning to end. Their customer service was horrible. I would never recommend Raine and Horne, truly unbelievable experience with them. They will hound you for their rental money but take their time to return your deposit. They have horrible conflict resolution skills.

Be careful when ur renting with that company, many problems in the apartments, never solves.. and when u talk to the company they say that they are discussing with the landlord… and it takes forever.In the check in the apartment was so dirty ans in the check out they charge 350AED OF “cleaning fee”Funny coz the apartment was dirty and smelling bad in the check in. Thats the experience!BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! Never recommended!

I work with Raine and Horne since a year now. I am short of words to mention how much the company has supported me and groomed me to excel in this year. When I joined here, I was clueless if I would make real estate my career and now I have so much gratitude for all the knowledge + support I have received in this year that I have no doubts that I am on the right path. I am happy and very proud to be part of a growing company and extremely thankful to management especially my team lead Akhil Chimnani who has been such an open minded and genuine line manager.Every company has its small & big challenges and days of good or bad, but here we are all are treated as family and allowed to speak and not made to shut up with our opinions. This is the best part of working in Raine&Horne as there are always solutions.

I do not recommend this company due to the bait & switch that happened. I viewed an apartment that was listed on Property Finder at 65K and I placed my offer. The agent came back and said that he was supposed to list it for 70K and expected me to not be upset. I decided to take it anyway because I really liked th apartment.There was such a confusion regarding move-in, ejari, DEWA being connected, etc and I was kept told not to worry. But if I didnt push and complain, it would have ended in a total nightmare.Then he referred me to his handyman who would paint my old and new apartments. I was given a price in writing for a certain amount and then after it was all done, I was told to pay 1000 dirhams more than what was quoted because the realtor made a mistake!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
