Worst management ever seen in any community. Very unprofessional and no contact even after regular complains. Dont know who is handling the community. No one is bothered to manage the Community services and facilities... Common area Manager is interested only on the personal issues and not in services... Only interested to know which villa and apartments are getting sold. I hope after this complain the scenerio changes and management takes serious action on this. Timing of living legends office is till 4. 30 and after that no staff is available to help where the timing is mentioned till 6.00pm.

I am a doctor by profession and was on a very short leave and had to deal with a transfer. I was totally panicked. I should heartfully thank Mr. Thomas Paul, Community Manager, Kaizen for making thing more organised, easy and quick in issuing NOC and going ahead with transfer at a short notice. . They are professional and very responsive! I am a new tenant in Mazaya and wasnt aware that a work permit was needed before proceeding at any maintenance work even if it was just a simple fixing of curtains and wall shelf in the living room. I understand the required and was happy that they have approved my work permit request in less than an hour since I was paying the handyman per hour who arrived in our building at exact time I requested but could not start without the work permit. Anyway, special mention to RAWAN who assisted me on the work permit yesterday. Very efficient and responsive indeed. Kudos to you and the team!

Worst asset management company ever.For more than a year we have big issues in our building, Sparkle Towers, and Kaizen is only able to blame the developer instead of taking proper actions.They act like children in kindergarten, unbelievable.Their only priority is to get service charge money.In the pictures you can see the disgusting status of our floor since more than a year, action taken: NONE

Terrible community management team in Dubai, never actually solve any real issues but only give excuses. Everytime tenant complaints of an issue, the only response received is “I have informed the person in charge” without any sense of responsibility to actually solve the issue or follow up. Do not response to queries or complaints. Someone called Thomas in the team.

I have dealt with Mr. Sunny Bulchandani of Kaizen AMS for my property at Dubai South. I am not a resident of UAE, and was not able to travel to Dubai due to Covid situation and had to entirely depend on Sunny right from supporting on snagging, handover of the flat, getting all utility connections in place and more importantly getting the right tenent with right terms. Sunny has been very professional, responsive and acted as my true representative in all respects. He has helped on all procedures and processes as well. We always have to wait weeks for someone to come and do maintenence in our apartment. The office says they will send someone and it is not until you chase them several times before they show up and even then, not at the time they say and the problem needs fixing again! Terrible service.An update to say after several investigations and the same issue being investigated and many complaints we have been told that the air conditioning in our apartment has holes in it leading to the sewage system. This is horrific and yet we are still waiting a resolution!

Kaizen is delivering a great service and fixes issues real quick in MBL Residence. Mr. Thomas is really helpful and responsive.

Kaizen AMS has repeatedly misplaced my payments. Accepted their fault after investigations then further refused to fix the problems causing me a loss of thousands of AED. Its such a shame that we hire an AMS to make our lives easier and i have to stay following up about my payments and communications that take longer than 6 months to really go nowhere. If you have the chance to avoid using this company, i would strongly suggest it. Its not worth the hassle and the loss of money. F rated company. Just horrible.

On going issues with one of two elevators for almost 2 month, at one point zero elevators working for few hours.Unprofessional by not being able to meet the deadlines set by their own managers, deadlines for simple job is being postponed for the 3rd time at least.Simple tasks are delayed to start, which result in delay of work completion. A simple working barrier gates are yet to be installed and completed regardless of the countless promises made since a year.I have had to remind the management to things cleaned and organised, meaning no follow up is made from kaizens side to ensure the community is kept clean.Promises are made but never metSuper slow service.Those are just few issues I face personally in MAG5 Boulevard that you have failed to fix for over a year now, with the slightest care to improve a community that is paying in my opinion a premium service charge for a very very low service provided in return

We have them managing our property in JVC and I found them that they have not d0ne anything. Further we cannot directly reach to facility manager. For every issue we are supposed to write mails. Its like they just dont want you to reach to them. If there is a problem it take ages to solve
