Worst booking service ever. Confirmed booking and less than 4 hours later asked for a cancellation due to a serious personal situation. In a middle of pandemic, the entire world is supportive and have favorable cancellation policies. Except those guys, who refused to even remotely consider a partial refund and charged me for an 11 night stay when i cancelled.Do yourself a favor and dont book with them. They will rip you off and you have better options elsewhere

They do not respect residents, they did not tell us about laws, they took 600 dirhams from us because we losing two keys, they did not tell us before that if we lost them they would take 300 dirhams for each key, I went to many hotels and I did not meet like them..

Good nights Dubai

The hotel is beautiful and its views are wonderful. The apartments are spacious and clean. The hotel has a view of the tennis courts and swimming pools. There are multiple services next to the hotel, as well as cafes and shops. The area is elegant and quiet and the reception employee Brother Hussein was more than wonderful. The hotel is friendly to animals and accepts their stay for a fee.

A very nice hotel worthy of the five stars of the price is suitable and is considered cheap compared to luxury and clean and high and furniture is sophisticated and very clean and there is the same tower Carrefour small recommend it
