Having lived in Dubai for 18 yrs and being a property investor --I had many dealings with real estate agencies, I had been trying to sell my Palm Jumeria home for 2 yrs. Agents showed initial commitment and then when I agreed to work with them they lost interest. They failed to keep me updated, did not respond to my phone calls , failed to keep viewing appts, and sometimes asked me to do deals that would not be approved by RERA! .
