Before we met her, I was confident that we had searched the entire Dubai given that we had spoken to probably a dozen agents and visited an array of different properties. I have worked with Moqa for the sale of my commercial property in Motor City and without doubt I can confirm that she is one of the best agents In Dubai specially for Commercial units.Her biggest strength is her willingness to go the extra mile for every roadblock in the process by reaching out to different departments including dewa, Dubai courts, Union Properties, edacom, emicool etc. to get issues revolved and get the most recent updated information. These issues and steps included increasing the power load of the unit by finding information and coordination with edacom , Dewa account opening and closure, POA renewal etc.Her direct contacts across different departments were also a key enabler in making progress in our case as my job didnt allow me to be able to visit these departments in person to follow up on the requests.
